I went from being unable to walk due to osteoarthritis to pain free with the help of Ciaran and the team. I did go down the NHS route initially however treatment was woefully inadequate therefore chose to seek out private treatment. Now with my custom insoles from foot medic i can live life fully and no longer have pain when walking. I cannot recommend foot medic enough, they are friendly, thorough and professional. I am delighted to have opportunity to comment on my experiences over several years with the foot medic which have all been really good. Easy parking, lovely facilities and top equipment. The staff are all really friendly, welcoming, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I have been so impressed by this place and its staff. I was treated by Martin McCafferty who was amazing. He was really knowledgeable, personable and professional. I cannot thank him enough for his treatment and support. Lovely clean premises. Welcomed each time with the offer of tea, coffee and tablet. So nice. Parking is a wee bit tight at times though. I have been using Foot Medic for some years now. Their spotless premises are very handy for the car park in Roman Road. After a friendly welcome and the offer of a cup of tea from Linda, I am usually seen by Martin McCafferty, who brings my feet back to life, accompanied by a bit of friendly chat. Attended the clinic on the advice of another satisfied customer, as having fallen in garden 5 weeks previously, my ankle had not healed and I was still in discomfort. Ciaran was great, discussed the problem, he did an ultrasound of tendons, and Martin was also excellent good gave me a thorough examination, strapped my ankle and a recovery/rehabilitation programme followed. Will be returning to try the medical pedicure soon! Highly recommend, great friendly and welcoming service. Car park directly outside as well which is handy. More...

Pleasant environment, helpful and pleasant staff, with the ability to book online. Excellent facilities and modern equipment. Podiatrist was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, answering any questions fully. Good service throughout with advice for continuing care provided at the end of the session. Only concern is that the facility is on the first floor of the building and I can’t recall seeing a lift, (doesn’t mean there isn’t one, just that I didn’t see it) so anyone with mobility issues should check before booking.
