Finding Chassis was one of the best things that ever happened to us! My husband and I could not be happier with her food, her service, her professionalism, her flexibility (I could go on and on). It also helps that we can tell she really enjoys what she does!! We have worked with Chasiss for over a year now and every week I tell her she better not ever leave us. What’s your signature dish?
Salmon Wellington - wild salmon, garlic, shallots, and spinach wrapped in puff pastry; served with a lemon-dill cream & grilled asparagus
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Meal service - I like to get a feel for my client's food lifestyle, their likes, dislikes, and overall health goals via a very detailed food questionnaire and consistent feedback.
Boutique catering - I always inquire about the theme, what their vision is for the event, any cuisine preferences, and allergies prior to forming potential menus.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to be as creative and free with my passion as I want, as long as it's tailored to my client's needs/wants. I love cooking for others so my job is never boring.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After starting a family I wanted to follow my passion, continuously be creative and grow, while maintaining a great work/life balance.

I love what I do so my continuous goal is that my clients enjoy my work more than I do.
