What’s your signature dish?
Farm Raised Stuffed Red Snapper or fish of choice. Stuffed with Shrimp, Scallops, and crabmeat, topped with a Picatta sauce!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Depends on Entre,and how many meats or fish you want .we can make it regular or fancy.
What do you love most about your job?
Putting the Love in each Dish! Talking with the customers and helping those , who can’t come up to the Buffet
