I am qualified Nutritionist, registered with Association for Nutrition. Helping people has always been my passion, as well as cooking and sharing food with others. This together led me to become a nutritionist and help people improve their lives with by eating healthy. Since I have graduated, I have worked for organisations and authorities, which were helping people affected by HIV, cancer, eating disorders or dementia. I recently got involved in nutritional prevention program in primary schools.
Nowadays, society needs professional nutritional support more than ever before. There is too much information out there, often conflicting each other. Food producers are trying to sell us products, claiming benefits, without the scientific background. This is why I have decided to work with people individually and provide the high-quality help. I work with individuals whose goal weight loss or weight gain but also with conditions like eating disorders and IBS. I help in allocating food allergies and intolerances which are often associated with many symptoms such as eczema, dermatitis, brain fog, constipation, bloating, tiredness or constant hunger.
I work around your meal plan and foods you eat, so you can realistically change your diet and get rid of bad habits for good.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
I remember once on some seminars I have heard, that our cells are made from what we ate in last two years. Therefore, when we treat our body like rubbish bean, we’re going to feel like rubbish. When we invest time, focus on what we eat and on our lifestyles this is going to give positive results. The way we will treat out body, it will treat us back.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people and mostly seeing how they are improving when following the correct diet.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked with few organisations and it was great and interesting.However, I always had to stick to some rules, which sometimes did not allow me to move towards best resolutions.
