What do you love most about your job?
This industry is very challenging and without challenge I dont think I would get the job satisfaction. Its not easy to get clients to work with you especially when they have been working with the same recruiter for several years, however I love my job because I ensure all client's recruitment needs by way of negotiating and coming to an agreement which leaves us both happy. This is one of the main reasons I love my job because although every business is out there to make money, I also want to build a long relationship with my clients by meeting their recruitment needs whether they are just starting or expanding their business. This gives me great job satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From acquiring a masters degree in film making, I went on to becoming a conscientious and professional Film and Marketing coordinator with extensive experience in Events and Sales.
I am a highly organised and efficient individual whose thorough and precise approach to projects have yielded excellent results.
I began in the usual 9-5 jobs in sales, finance and marketing, but being a self motivated and ambitious young man I have always wanted to work for myself which led to my first project of Launching a new festival called Sheffield AfroFest aimed at bringing the community together by means of music, arts and culture.
This project was self funded and ran for 2 years with medium success. However, because of lack of funding from the National Arts Council, The dream was lived short.
Being ambitious, I could not stop there, so I took a year and a half break and now I have this Recruitment Company.

I am aware that recruitment is quite a common and a competitive business, but I know that I can make a difference with how passionate I am with meeting the needs of my clients and the long hours I work (from 6am to 7pm) to ensure client and candidate satisfaction. Being raised to respect my elders and to treat people the same way I would like to be treated, I put myself in the potential client's shoes and for a long term relationship between us, I apply these values I was raised on.
