Becky provided a wealth on knowledge for student-athletes, parents, and coaches during her presentation at our track clinic. Having the experience of growing up in an athletic/ coaching family and participating in sports through high school and college, Becky can share not only theory but practical applications which are easily incorporated into a large variety of settings. Her knowledge comes through personal experience in the student-athlete arena and the practice of working with individual students and teams. Becky presented at a Women in Sport Symposium on the topic of sports psychology and the science behind coaching female athletes. Her breakout was easily one of the most well-attended sessions, and we received nothing but positive feedback from attendees. The information she presented was insightful and helpful to the audience. I know that numerous people who attended the session that day have followed up and plan to utilize her to work with their teams in the future. I feel so fortunate to have found Becky! She began working with my teenager this year on various strategies to manage self-doubt and fear of failure/embarrassment when playing sports. Our 11 year old son has been a client for several months. We enjoyed working with Becky because she involves our family during a portion of each session. We all have the same goals for our son and my husband and I feel confident that our son is making progress because we are all on the same page. Our son even requests to see Becky!
