I have tried a few masseur in my life, and István is by far the best. He has a versatile skillset being able to attend specific issues and needs. I visited him first with a nasty back pain and after our first session the pain was completely gone. Easily the best massage I have ever had. I have tried a lot of massage therapists in my life, some of them were unduly expensive, but none of them came close to Istvan. Besides that the actual sessions are fantastic because of his skilful technique and approach, he really cares about your well-being and follows up with you. I am suffering from chronic neck and back pain and ever since I have started with Istvan I feel better, which is a revelation after trying out multiple physiotherapists, massage practitioners and even chiropractors. Read the other reviews and can only echo what others have said. Istvan has a great skill set, from deep tissue to relaxation even within the same session. I have seen him regularly now for around 9 months and highly recommend him.As important is the care, kindness and connection you experience with him, it feels like this is his vocation. He doesn't clock watch, often giving extra minutes and gets a good balance between speaking and allowing you to switch off.A really sound, trustworthy and skilled therapist, I'd recommended him every time. I approached Istvan 3 years or so ago because I had a lot of muscle tension in my back due to the physical nature of my job and my hobby of rock climbing. I would 100% recommend getting in touch with him if you are looking for a massage therapist. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional so that I always feel at ease when getting massages. I have never come out of massage therapies/ physiotherapy sessions so relieved than I have from a session with Istvan. I am an 80 year old woman but I had a bad fall on the pavement on 14th January and damaged my right shoulder. I was given physio exercises to do, which I did to the best of my ability and then I heard about FlyingButterflies. After the first two massage sessions on my shoulder, I felt a big improvement - and when I returned to the physio, she was absolutely delighted (and surprised!) with my progress.
