I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent services that have been provided by Fluent Architectural. I was wanting to renovate the entire house with open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living/Utility/Play Room/4th bedroom with en-suite. Fluent design team especially Sundeep come up with some innovative design solution's which would help the house flow. We have had a great experience working with Fluent ADS over the past year. We knew immediately on meeting Tom and Neville that the company was the right one for us. The whole team have made a very daunting and complicated process seem easy and straightforward. Tom was lovely, designed everything to fit the way we wanted in a small house! Efficient, friendly service, always answered emails when you needed to ask about something. I was emailing Gemma every day nearly as I was new to all this and she took me step by step from start to finish, I couldn't of done it without her ! Fluent Ads from the start were great at communication and this followed through with the final product of the plans for our loft conversion. We worked with Fluent to design a rear extension including a refurbishment of kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Fluent helped us with the full design phase including planning drawings, planning permission and building regulation plans. Tom and his team were excellent in guiding us through the process and provinding insightful details to the design elements. Even though we did a number of changes to the original idea we had in mind, Fluent was always very helpful and accommodated all our requests! The total cost was very competitive and fully aligned to original quote! Fluent also provided a lot of really useful contacts for other elements of the design phase, particularly structural calculations, party wall agreements and building control companies all of which have been great to work with! The Fluent team are approachable and open-minded. They will listen to client ideas but will also offer suggestion and direction where they feel necessary. In addition to designing a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached home and preparing drawings for planning, they also did prepared service drawings for issuing to tradesmen for the tendering process. We were successful in our planning application and feel that this was due greatly to the tasteful design that the Fluent team created. Would definitely use them for a future project. More...

We required a capable, professional, flexible architectural design practice to provide design and drawing to support various projects including production of planning drawings, internal design layouts, extensions, new builds, remodelling and 3D visualisations. We have found te Fluent team to be very professional and a pleasure to work with. They quickly grasp briefs, meet timescales and work extremely well either in isolation or as part of a wider project team. We have been looking for a practice that can provide architectural services on a value for money basis for a while and Fluent certainly meet our requirement.
