The most important factor that makes a great website is the user interface. If the visitor is having a hard time navigating through the website, then they will most likely close the page. Look at Amazon for example - one of the worlds most profitable companies, why? Because it puts the customer first.

What inspired you to start your own business?
At the age of 12 I realised that I wanted to create something really big amount to every crazy dream in my head. That lead to starting a website that recieved over 10 million page views and hundreds of thousands of likes on Facebook! Today, several years later, I proudly own and operate OPTN Digital Marketing where I have the leverage to help other businesses experience similar or larger successes.
