My friend loved her arrangement. The owner helped me out when the website wasnt working and still delivered the same day! They are reasonably priced too . The only con I would say is that the website says free delivery on orders but doesnt specify the radius of the free delivery. I called the owner about it and he explained it's only within 5 miles. That's not very far in my opinion but it would be good to know on the website. Besides that, I will be ordering here again. More...

I live in Texas and wanted to send flowers to a neighbor from 30 years ago in Summerville, SC. I googled local florists and after reading reviews, I chose Flowertown Speaking Roses. I called directly and spoke to Tom, the owner. He was very helpful and when he didn't have available what I wanted, he agreed to reach out to his supplier and call me back later in the day. I heard back later that evening and Tom had located a perfect solution. The plant was delivered on the agreed upon day and I immediately received a text from my friend with a photo that showed a beautiful maroon hydrangea that will continue to bring joy as it can be planted outside which was what I had wanted all along. The level of customer service was outstanding and the product received was beautiful. Should I need flowers again in the Summerville area, I will call Tom immediately - he certainly earned my future business with this transaction. More...

I called in a Valentine's order and was totally impressed. The type of flowers I wanted were out of stock but they tracked some down and saved my Valentine's day. I really appreciate them being able to complete my order on such short notice, I was a just little disappointed in the final product. The bow under the flowers was just too big. Teenagers can be picky. The flowers were pretty though and smelled amazing. Because this shop stands by their work and offer great customer service they have made the situation right. This is my first time to shop in this flower shop and Iam very satisfied the way they handle my order on line . After my bad experience with AVAs flower shop in west Ashley at least I found a very reliable flower shop that when they promise you they deliver today they meant it. On my experience at AVAS flower shop even this is the only flower shop in town I won't do business with them ever again .AVAS flower shop have no words of honor they promised me to deliver yesterday the flower but find out at the end of the day they couldn't do it because they don't have a driver . My point is why wait until 5:30 pm and you already close and call me you can't deliver because you don't have a driver.
