I had a very pleasant experience. I ordered flowers online on a Sunday afternoon and requested delivery on Monday morning. The boutique was very responsive, the delivery was made as requested, and I even received a photo confirmation of delivery. The flowers were very fresh and looked gorgeous. Being in NYC I got urgent need to haven't flowers delivered in Miami. What made it even more difficult was that it was already the end of the day and all florists that I tried to contact we re already closing and no one was willing to take the order. Luckily eventually I got to talk to Julia of Fleur Flower Boutique. What a wonderful service I got! The beautiful composition was created, flowers delivered on time, the photos of flowers and the happy receiver with the flowers taken and sent to me. I am soooooooo grateful. I bought a corsage for my brother's prom, and it was gorgeous. When I ordered it, I spoke with Irina and show her the colors of the dresses, so she can advised me about which colors were better. I did not have any idea about corsage; I let them to design it acording to the colors of the dress. The result was great, they used roses and orchids, the color of the ribbon math the girl's dress. The quality of the flowers were the best; those were the only corsage that long the whole event. By the end of the night the flowers still alive. Fast and Friendly Service ! Staff is nice and helpful and has such beautiful flowers! Iryna and Julia were quick to engage us and ask us what we were looking for, and patient enough to help us decide.
