Absolutely amazing flowers and service every time. This shop is close to my office, so I initially started coming here just because it was convenient. Now I keep going back because the ladies are amazing and caring and do not try to up-charge you. They have done my bridal shower, my sister's engagement party, my aunt's 25th wedding anniversary, etc. Consistently beautiful flowers every time. I stop by at least once a month to have an arrangement made just for my house. I tell them a budget and they work their magic. Flowers are long lasting and I always receive compliments on them. This place was wonderful! I was VERY impressed with their service.Story:I wanted to send flowers to my Mom on Mother's Day. As my mom lives in Toronto, Canada and I am in California it was extremely difficult. I consider myself very adept at handling logistical situations like this and this was a nightmare. After going through 4 other flower companies and finding out they couldn't deliver, or couldn't handle the timeframe I needed, our couldn't handle pushing a button to enter a security door, etc... I came across this website.My mom lives in a very secure building so the delivery was complicated.The delivery person had to follow a very specific set of directions to get these flowers to my Mom's front door.I left an extremely difficult "how to deliver" message in the "notes for the florist" field and the florist contacted me and took down the additional notes I gave her!The flowers were delivered to my Mom's door and we (her 3 children) were able to achieve the element of surprise we were going for!I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone. They had incredible customer service and they went out of their way to help me make my Mom's Mother's Day special.Also the picture of the bouquet my Mom sent liked almost exactly like the picture advertised, but BETTER!They will be my go to for any future occasions for my amazing Mom. Great service, great people, very welcoming atmosphere! They can do ANYTHING you ask for! It's my 'go to' shop for all kinds of occasions- Valentine's, Birthdays, Showers, Weddings, Funerals, they can do it all, and they have never let me down or disappointed me! I made last minute orders to be delivered to the other end of town and they ALWAYS made it happen. The flowers I ordered for my sister-in-law were amazingly gorgeous! I talked to the owner on the phoned for 1/2hr from Edmonton, Alberta. She really explained the fresh flowers she had available and what she would like to incorporate into the arrangement. It was a little hard to imagine exactly what to expect, but when I saw what she had made, I was extremely impressed. The comments from my sister-in-law, when she received them was over the top.
