Blown away by their customer service and empathy. First of many times I plan to buy from Flowers by Coley! I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and scheduled them to arrive when she would be back home but she unexpectedly extended her travel so she could stay with her youngest brother who was recently diagnosed with jaw cancer. When she wasn’t home for the delivery, a wonderful employee called me - she didn’t want to leave the flowers on the porch in the hot sun so she was having another delivery made and wanted to make sure she’d be home. Within minutes she had rescheduled the order to arrive on a new date based on my moms new travel schedule. That employee certainly didn’t need to do that but the fact that she did was such a touching moment and genuinely appreciated. I love this place! It's much more than a flower shop, as it has cute jewelry, household items, lotions, perfumes, and many more cute trinkets. It's a great place to visit during lunch and relieve stress. The staff are very knowledgeable and nice. Kristy , the owner, recently helped me choose a low maintenance indoor plant for my new apartment and she was absolutely right...it's still alive and growing :) More...

Flowers by Coley, and Alex, were great!! They did our wedding flowers, and we couldn't be happier! We picked them because they are the florist where my husband bought his first bouquet for me when we started dating! After the worst experience with an online flower vendor who shall remain nameless, I called Flowers by Coley under complete duress. I had ordered sympathy flowers and the next day service I was guaranteed still hadn't sent them after 3 days! At that point I called Flowers by Coley and Kristy answered. I was clearly frustrated and she was calm and understanding and assured me they would be able to get my flowers delivered that very day. Not only that, when she asked what I would like to say on my card and I told her it was kind of long so I'd make it shorter (since I knew she was taking everything down by hand over the phone), she said "No, I have all the time in the world for you." and I could tell she meant it! I was stunned. Having just gone from the worst customer service ever to this wonderful woman who took such great care of a stranger calling from another state and time zone, wanting same day service on short notice, I could not ask for a better experience. A fun store to visit with lots of variety of flowers to choose from. Flowers By Coley did an excellent job arranging 12 long stem red roses for my wife on Valentines Day. I scheduled to pick them up a week before and they didn't disappoint! Flowers we're ready on time and they looked absolutely beautiful! Update: After leaving a negative review I was able to work with Alex and Kristy who have been extremely helpful in getting the flowers delivered. Alex was extremely responsive and took the time to deal with the issues on my order. He explained where the errors were made and apologized for the inconvenience. Kristy upgraded the flowers and made a beautiful arrangement for me. They were each proactive and helped ensure my delivery was left at the residence by the delivery driver. They still receive four stars because the flowers were delivered two days after the birthday we were celebrating. In addition their staff was unprofessional and rude. My wedding was 2 days after Valentine's Day and of course we wanted red roses. I saw Flowers by Coley on the knot and there was a location right across the street from my school. I stopped in late in the afternoon before school started and Jenna took me as a walk in and I decided right then Flowers by Coley would be right for our wedding. Jenna was amazing! She made my dreams come to life and made my wedding the most beautiful wedding I have ever been too. I know I am biased because it was indeed my wedding, but I am still hearing from my guests just how amazing the flowers were. Thank you so much Jenna and Flowers by Coley. You really went above and beyond!!! I will be recommending you to all of my friends.
Also if you have a chance to stop into the store, they have a amazingly cute gifts in their boutique.
