We chose Azalea because my boyfriend, turned fiancé, used to buy me the most unique flowers from her for special or just because occasions and they always amazed me how absolutely perfect they were for me. Azalea was willing to make our dream happen within our budget and was not willing to settle for us having a wedding without amazing flowers personalized just for us. Azalea met with us, reviewed our ideas, showed us comparable flowers in our budget and season both via pictures and in-person, when possible. She also paid attention to detail, she knew me and my fiancés likes and dislikes and... remembered them. When the day came, we were both blown away beyond imagination! I cried and hugged Azalea for a good minute when she presented me with my bouquet and grandparents picture medallions hanging perfectly from them. Not only is Azaleas’ work one of a kind, she is original and plays with textures, colors and unique florals/plants that I have not seen anyone else do. Purely art.

To top this all off. I have to add that Azalea went above and beyond in service. She checked on me throughout our time, just to see how I was doing and my fiancé as well. She would remember small milestones that a florsit doesn’t need to check-in on, but did. I was very sick towards the end of my engagement and she went out of her way to check-in on me and my fiancé and help to bring me things to make me feel better.

If you are looking for a florist, look no further!!!  Azalea is the best of the best!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Azalea! !!  She is the most caring, thoughtful, creative, hard working florist in the world!!!!  I was so nervous on the day of my wedding, but as soon as I got to peak at the ceremony and reception, and saw what Azalea did, I was so overwhelmed with emotion and joy that all my nervousness went away.  Seeing what she did literally made me cry because it was so perfect and beautiful!!!  Everything was done to perfection!!! Called Azalea's for a delivery of yellow tulips for my wife's birthday. Spoke directly with Azalea and she was wonderful, friendly and super helpful. Okay, where do I even begin First off I definitely had a budget for my wedding and that really worried me because I wasn't sure of what I could do in terms of flower arrangements. I met with a few other people but when my husband and I met Azalea we both immediately knew she was who we wanted to do our flowers for our wedding. She is such a friendly person- she is so easy to talk to and really listened to what we wanted. She really worked with us and our budget and that is something that anyone planning a wedding will understand and really appreciate. We trusted Azalea completely- she was always responsive with any questions and made sure everything was taken care of. I really do not know how to put this into words but when Azalea gave me my bridal bouquet on the day of the wedding, I was in complete awe! I can not speak highly enough of Azalea. I was completely happy and she exceeded my expectations for my wedding day!! I came into her office not 100% sure of the direction I wanted to go and a little nervous about everything being perfect for my wedding day! ! Azalea was awesome for my wedding in July 2015. We met with her a few months prior to the wedding to let her know what type of style and ideas we had- she caught on quickly and knew exactly what we were looking for. We wanted more free flowing, simple but romantic style and she did exactly this. She kept in contact with me up until the day of and was there early to drop off the bouquets and boutonnieres. She even stayed during my pictures and helped fluff the train of my dress :)
She not only did the flowers for my wedding but she also came to my bridal shower- she does a flower crown making class and we decided to do that for my shower. It was sooo fun and easy and Azalea was great to work with.

I can't say enough great things about Azalea- I would recommend her to anyone. She has a great attitude, a beautiful flower shop, and a great eye for flower designs. My daughters were part of a destination wedding party this weekend, and flower crowns were the major accessory. They were lovely. ..delicate and colorful, and sweetly rustic. They were also durable and sturdy, keeping their shape and beauty during a super hot afternoon wedding and reception. Best of all, these crowns will be preserved as a previous keepsake. Last night a few girlfriends and myself attended her flower crown making class and it was awesome! We had such a great time mingling with the other ladies and learning how to make our own flower crowns. She was a great leader, going step by step and making sure we were all together as a group. She had a beautiful display of bites and wine for us as well. She hosted us outside which was a perfect setting, plenty of room we could move about as we wished. I chose to do this class so I could learn how to make a floral garland for my wedding and it  was incredibly helpful. She even offered to help me at another date if I wanted to come up and practice with air plants. I live in San Diego but absolutely plan on visiting her shop again for another class. More...

If there were more stars Flowers by Azalea would get them all! I went to Azalea a month before my wedding on September 6. She spent plenty of time asking questions about what I wanted and showing me different types of flowers in her shop (besides Roses, I am clueless about flowers) . She even recommended a coupon online for my ceremony chair rental which definitely saved money! I felt so comfortable with Azalea that I was able to give her my vision for my oceanfront wedding in Oceanside and have her take the reins and do what she thought would look wonderful within my budget. Talk about budget, her pricing is very reasonable and willing to work with you. She arrived early on the day of and set up everything down to the minute right before my ceremony started. Made sure everything was excellent before she left-she is extremely sweet in general. Everything was excellent - bouquet, all boutonnieres, ceremony flowers and setup, curly willow branches with flowers. It was beautiful and it was exactly what we wanted for our big wedding day.

She also recommended a nail place and a makeup artist for my wedding. Both recommendations were wonderful as well! One stop shop at Flowers by Azalea!

Would highly recommend Azalea for any occasion and/or event!

Oh yes, I also stopped by on a Thursday to talk to her about the plans and she had $10 bouquet day going on. Every Thursday and you get to pick your flowers for your $10 bouquet.
