I was so happy with the flowers that Amanda did for my wedding on 24th may 2015. The colours were exactly what i wanted and they weren't the easiest to match up and the bouquets were exactly what i pictured!
They truly were beautiful and i was slightly overwhelmed by how right she had got it. Amanda also did some birdcage centre pieces for me which were perfect and set the tables off beautifully!
Would highly recommend flowers by Amanda to anybody looking for a florist!

Amanda arranged the flowers for my daughters wedding this weekend....all of the flowers were amazing...exactly what Laura had in mind for her day.
She was quick with her quote and reasonably priced. We had visited other florists and tried to discuss Laura's ideas but with no real suggestion or direction....which is what you need when you haven't got a clue about flowers. Amanda's approach to us was entirely different....she listened to what Laura thought she wanted and the theme of the day and had such a professional approach and lovely demeanor that we trusted her to use her experience and judgement. She suggested having flowers in the church (8 pew ends, 2 large displays in galvanised buckets for the back of the church and 1 large pedestal display for the front of the church), which could be transferred to the reception venue during the photographs for a nominal moving fee. As it happened it was torrential rain and the photos had to be taken in the church after the service. We did not even notice Amanda moving the flowers....she was so discreet and amazingly all of the flowers were arranged at the reception when we arrived...very impressive...the pew ends became the table centre pieces, the large pedestal was by the cake and the 2 large displays were either end of the top table. She also produced beautiful boxed bouquets for the 2 mothers. The hand tied brides and bridesmaid bouquets were so sweet and exactly what my daughter wanted. If Amanda had not suggested moving the flowers we would not have had flowers in the church as it would have been far to expensive to have paid for flowers and left them behind
We had so many compliments about the flowers....we would have no hesitation in recommending Amanda for any flower arrangements, let alone a wedding. My daughter now wants to get her bouquet freeze dried and framed...hopefully we can do this quickly enough to preserve them forever.

I choose Amanda for my wedding flowers who was really professional and friendly with helping me to choose flowers that would suit the look I wanted and gave ideas for my colour scheme. Nothing was too much trouble, Amanda also created my table centre pieces after I said what I had in mind and everyone commented on how stunning they looked, candelabras with flowers trailing. Amanda made a bouquet for my mum with a lovely hand made card that had the theme of the wedding, which my mum who used to flower arrange herself was really delighted with. There was no stress on the day Amanda delivered and set up all of the flowers. We had a really personal and amazing service from a very helpful and exceptionally talented lady, I would recommend to anyone who needs any flower arrangements, guests commented on how stunning the table centre-pieces were and the flowers for the cake, bouquet and buttonholes were like velvet and absolutely stunning too. Amanda did the most amazing flowers for our wedding!! Nothing was too much trouble, even though I was a pain and added bits on the week before the wedding! Flowers were central to our theme and so many peoole commented how beautiful they were. I was so excited to see the flowers on the day and I was not dissapointed, they were everything I had dreamed of. I would highly recommend Amanda, I spoke with other florists but Amanda stood out by far, not only with price but her friendly approach & excellent communication. I cannot recommend Amanda enough!!
I live in Dubai but got married in Plymouth so all of the plans for the wedding were done from overseas!
I am not the most decisive person and wasn't exactly sure on the type of Flowers that I wanted to suit my theme (which was pastel rainbow!). Amanda was fantastic! She set me up a Pinterest page & shared lots of different ideas with me to help me to decide on the type of flowers that I wanted... she contacted me frequently via email and went into great detail on every aspect of the flowers, even making suggestions for squeezing the budget where we could. Amanda also helped me to choose vases for the flowers that decorated the reception room and provided me with baskets of petals for my flower girls! Nothing was too much trouble!
When I eventually got to meet Amanda in person during the week before the wedding it was an absolute pleasure and I knew that I had made the right choice! She was even more friendly in person than online and she drilled everything down to the finest of detail to ensure that we would have exactly what we wanted :)
On the Big Day Amanda delivered the Buttonholes to the boys in The Duke of Cornwall, came to the Girls in Langdon Court to deliver bouquets, headed off to drop off corsages to guests and then went to set up the Church in Modbury beautifully with our amazing flowers! She then waited until after the ceremony, collected the flowers from the church and drove them to tLangdon Court to set everything up there for us! All of this was part of her amazing service, which exceeded all expectations!
We had a garden party the day after the wedding and used the flowers there too! They were in full bloom and still looked amazing!
It was a real shame that we couldnt bring them back to Dubai with us! Mum had her house looking like a florist for weeks after though as the flowers lasted for ages!
Thankyou so much Amanda! Your service was amazing and more than worth every penny!

I would highly recommend Amanda, she was really quick with a quotation, and I found her to be very reasonably priced. She's also really lovely, and helped me to relieve a little wedding stress!
I met her a couple of times at Wedding Fairs before I eventually called her. I didn't really have any idea what I wanted and my colour scheme of navy blue didn't help, as I didn't know what flowers were blue! After speaking to Amanda, we finally came to decisions of what to have. I think Amanda knew what I wanted more than I did!
On the day she was even more amazing. She brought some flowers to my house at a time we'd agreed, and she came on time, and she even sorted out my centre pieces. I knew I didn't have to worry about my flowers, as Amanda is very reliable.
Thank you so much for everything you did for us Amanda. I absolutely loved all the flowers. They were gorgeous, and everyone had positive comments. Also, the parents loved their Thank You bouquets. They were very special. Thank you for helping make our big day so magical. :) x

Wow wow wow! Our wedding flowers were just absolutely stunning. My bridesmaids loved their hydrangea bouquets, and my bouquet was simply gorgeous. Amanda also made our wedding centre pieces, we were blown away when we walked into our room for the wedding breakfast! All our guests were mesmerised by our beautiful flowers in the martini glasses, we had so many compliments. Amanda also made a decoration for our wedding cake which transformed our cake and made thank you bouquets for our parents. My husband also ordered 30 red roses for me on the morning of our wedding, each rose looking pristine! You worked with me to come up with my table arrangements, colour scheme, detailing and nothing was too much for you.
I cannot begin to tell you how many compliments I have had, especially over my rather large bouquet.
