I received flowers for my birthday from here. They were absolutely stunning and they did such an amazing job of placement. Normally I get flowers from D&L but these were so beautiful. I will consider using them next time. My only comment of improvement was the delivery woman was not very friendly, apparently complained that she had to bring them to my office and practically threw them at me while walking out "yelled" ""you need to add water"". Went in looking for flowers for my wife for our anniversary I really wanted to surprise her and found a perfect bouquet of elegant long stem roses which my wife loved! Robyn the store manager and floral designer was amazing. We had 5 funeral arrangements done and each was beautiful and elegant. We asked for a price range and she worked with us all. Affordable and beautifully arranged. I have no complaints at all of Robyn's work and arrangements at all. Her staff could be a little warmer and more patient but Robyn made up for it by showing and explaining what she could and would do for us. Highly recommend going. I'm so pleased with FLOWERS AND MOREAbout a week ago I had to place a last minute order for a funeral arrangement. Because I'm not from the Fresno area, I asked a friend from the city for a suggestion and got them. I was HIGHLY pleased with their service and pricing. It it is totally worth the arrangement that you get. They are very efficient and patient. I have never had to order funeral flowers (thank god) before but they woman on the phone walked me through it. They don't just make the flowers because they have to. I live in Texas and wanted to order flowers for my mom in Fresno California. I came in here from out of town the Saturday before Valentine's day for a simple sympathy bouquet.  While there wasn't a whole lot of foot traffic in the store, I could tell they were busy with delivery orders.  I didn't want to spend the $40 that I did, but after seeing what was put together I didn't mind at all!!!  The young girl who made the bouquet added some extras which made the arrangement absolutely beautiful!!  The wait was only about 20 minutes, everyone was friendly, so it was a win! I have been a return customer to Flowers and More. My son had a musical performance and I wanted to surprise him with small gift after his performance.  I knew he wouldn't appreciate flowers so I asked for a special order and requested a bouquet made of Reese's candies.  So image 24 dozen Reeses' on a stick, wrapped with floral tape accented with baby breaths and greenery that could resemble bouquet of roses in a box.  Parent and students both seemed to like the idea and my son loved his surprise.  A few days ago I went in to order a corsage and boutonnière for a winter formal.  I was hesitant because of the other review posted but decided to give it a chance since they did such a good job with my prior Reeses bouquet orders.  I wanted something different other than roses and I wanted it to match or compliment the couple's outfit.  I request a last minute ribbon color change when I incorrectly matched the girl's dress with my son's tie and they were very understanding to accommodate this.  Today we picked up the flowers and I am completely happy with their work.  I loved how they turned out, the orchids were the perfect color and the ribbon accented it perfectly. I walked into this shop to buy my daughter some flowers for her birthday.  It was so last minute and they did not disappoint.  They had an arrangement which was beautiful and perfect for me but the young girl and I believe the owner offered to make a fresh bouquet which wasn't necessary but I was impressed that they offered and their customer service was excellent!  I was on a real time crunch but what I saw of other flowers/plant arrangements were beautiful.  I will most definitely be making more purchases.  Thank you again, my daughter loved her arrangement. I called on 3-18-16 @ 1000am and told the friendly girl who answered the phone that I  wanted a purple setting with a price range around 60-65. It was to my wife and to say sorry. After telling her what I wanted I asked if I could get them delivered by noon and it was super late but she said she would would try her best to get them around that time, and they arrived by 1230 :).  My wife text me later to tell me how much she love her flowers and ballons. When she got home I saw the flowers and they were a beautiful setting! When you take the chance on  ordering over the phone trusting the people on the other end to make you a beautiful arrangement, it's very hard to find, and I must say, they nailed it. I Thank you for the flowers they were the best I've seen in a long time. The only reason I rated a 4 is because this is my first time here. My sister and brother-in-law wanted to send flowers to his mother here in Fresno, who just returned home from a long hospital stay. They live out of the country, so they called me to order something nice for them. We came from Texas to get married in CA so my family could attend. I had specific colors I wanted and we obviously needed flowers at the last minute. I called several florists that could not accommodate us. I then called Flowers & More and Robin said she could do it.
