Deimanté was professional, creative, and VERY flexible, as a flash flood crashed our wedding and we had to change venues five hours before the ceremony! Even without ever walking into the space, she thought quickly on her feet and managed to get some incredible shots in a not-so-well-lit space. Holy wow! We LOVE Deimante with our whole hearts! Instantly her presence made us feel comfortable and we loved that she was open and accepting of all of our awkward photo requests. Deimante was great! She was so patient working with my 8 month old and was joy to take family pictures with! She captured SUCH amazing photos of our family and was flexible with locations and endless questions-- even as much as giving us feedback ahead of time on our outfits to make sure they didn't clash! Deimante was amazing! She took the time to have coffee and get to know us before our shoot and that definitely made us feel more comfortable with her right from the start. She also helped us pick our outfits and make sure they'd look good in the photos, which I would've been clueless about. The actual photos she took are so stunning. She somehow managed to capture the beautiful scenery, the golden hour lighting and beautiful moments with my fiance, which I'm sure was a difficult task since we aren't the most comfortable people in front of a camera. It was so fun being on the other side of the Dei's lens! I appreciate so much how comfortable she made me feel when taking my pictures. Dei photographed my wedding in March out at Big Bend National Park. I have nothing but great things to say about her! It was a small, intimate wedding and she fit right in, just like she was a part of the family. My now husband, has a 10 year old son and a 15 year old daughter and she did absolutely amazing with them, they loved her! Everything is so spread out in Big Bend and Dei went above and beyond by helping me figure out time frames and helping my scattered brain with last minute crises such as forgetting nail polish! She was so easy and laid back to work with, and accommodating to all our needs. When the pictures came in, she sent them in a gorgeous display and they of course, were breathtaking. Words cannot describe the talent Deimante has in capturing the love between two people on camera. My husband, Walter, and I first came to Deimante for our engagement photo shoot in October 2018. My husband (then fiance) was unenthusiastic about it because he hated having his picture taken despite all of my attempts to convince him it could be fun. To both of our pleasant surprise, the photo shoot was not only exceptionally fun, but amazing! Deimante wasted no time in getting to know us, asking about our love story and other little details about our lives. Not a minute felt awkward or uncomfortable with Deimante as she captured our love on camera. Walter and I truly felt like ourselves and Deimante felt like a long time friend. After we received our gorgeous engagement photos, we knew instantly Deimante was meant to be our wedding photographer. In the months leading up to the wedding, Deimante kept in contact with me, checking in and gathering the details of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she worked with us to capture all the photos we wanted. Our wedding portrait session after the ceremony was just as fun as our engagement session. Just a few days after, she sent me a little "sneak peek" into our wedding photos and we were floored by how gorgeous they were. I absolutely cannot wait to receive the rest of the photos! Deimante exceeded all expectations we had for our wedding photographer. She is such an amazing, talented photographer while being an equally amazing, beautiful person. I consider myself really lucky to have met Deimante based on a random Instagram post I saw. She is such a sweet, fun, and talented photographer and I’ve loved getting to know her this year! She’ll most definitely have you laughing during your shoot and make sure everyone is having fun.
