I live in USA...sent flowers to my daughter at her office for her birthday in London UK. They arrived in the morning and totally surprised her. She sent a picture and they are absolutely beautiful. I have never used Flower Station before....easy ordering, great communication, perfect delivery and no issues with the order.....my daughter is thrilled and so am I....I will definitely be using Flower Station in the future. I couldn’t be more impressed with the amazing service from the team at Flower Station. They gave me fantastic creative advice on my flowers and put together some beautiful bouquets and arrangements which I was ordering for a couple of friends’ birthdays. They kept me in touch as to where my order was and when it was delivered, and all this at an extremely decent price. We ordered flowers for our friend in London on a Sunday afternoon during the Football World Cup in Russia and asked for same day delivery.
Sureley we had doubts that it was possible that Flower Station could manage since everybody seems watching Football. We also called from Germany this afternoon and were well advised by a polite and competent staff.
But most importantly at 8:30 pm our friend happily called confirming receipt of lovely flowers on time and on her birthday.

I have been using Flower Station for a long time now - they are the BEST in every possible way - their staff are so very courteous - their delivery is always on time and their flowers are fresh and gorgeous. I would never go to anybody else.

The flowers were great, just like the picture, and they were in perfect shape when delivered (next day in London). The only reason I give 4 stars, is that I ordered a 10 pound vase (order #831389) that was not included. Perhaps the company will make and adjustment? More...

was very dissapointed with the quality of the flowers received. The tulips were practically fully open and changing colour at the tips. It made the while arrangement look old. Very disappointing as these were for my partner. The foliage too doesn't look particularly fresh. Just waiting to see how long till the leaves start dropping. On the plus side I had a very good customer service experience. The tracking wasn't working so I called up to check on the order. The customer service agent was very pleasant and called me back to update. More...

*** UPDATE ... Happily the situation is resolved and speedily at that. My friend has received a new and upgraded bouquet today and we are both thrilled with the outcome. Thank you particularly to Anna who expedited this. Communication and customer service was incredible and I feel Flower Station reputation is restored and I am more than happy to use them again should the need arise �***

Sadly the flowers were delivered late and to the incorrect address. Not only that, but the display was very sparse compared to the advertised bouquet. Couldn't find an email address to write. Rather disappointing in all. More...

I am in the US in the Southwestern desert, 8 hours behind London. I ordered online yesterday afternoon, and shortly afterwards, received an email acknowledging receipt of my order and another showing my bill. This morning I woke up to find three emails: the first saying that my order was out for delivery, the second saying it had been delivered, along with a scan of the recipient's signature, and the third from the recipient herself, thanking me for the "o-so-fresh beautiful amazing sunflowers." She continued, saying, "I have never seen sunflowers so fresh..."
