My friends recently re-located to Seattle and I wanted to send them some flowers to say we care! We wanted to find a local florist that delivered and Flower Lab was one of the first to come up on a quick google search. Their online ordered was easy and straight-forward which was extremely helpful. Although there was a slight miscommunication about when the flowers were to be delivered, their customer service was impeccable. Wendy at the store was very quick to email back and let us know that they would be sending another bouquet to them on the correct day free of charge! Amazing, amazing service. I called them like 5 days before my wedding and wanted a ridiculous amount of things -- dozens of various flowers, bridal bouquet, boutonniere, etc. They were completely unfazed by my request, were incredibly kind and helpful, and gave me GORGEOUS flowers that lasted a long time!! The Flower Lab made this beautiful custom flower crown for a small photoshoot that I had coming up. They had great customer service, was able to accommodate my tight deadline (ordered a day before ), and made a really nice flower crown with some fresh flowers that matched the color scheme that I was going for. My wedding planning with Katie from Flower Lab couldn't be more enjoyable. Katie is a sweet, patient, responsive and responsible girl. During our first meeting, she brought up lots of questions that I didn't think about and that helped me a lot in my following planning. She was also willing to accommodate my last minute request which made me moved. She did a wonderful job for my flowers as they were placed at where I wished they would be. Wendy at the Flower Lab was amazing to work with and her shop is SO adorable, sharing its space with a coffee shop! First of all, she was able to fit in way more bouquets, corsages, and arch flowers into our budget than we had dared hope! Then on the wedding day, we discovered she had totally brought our flower vision to life! The men’s boutonnières had the most perfect little succulents Tied with copper wire! Wendy was incredible from start to finish. I was not a bride with a clear vision at all when it came to flowers, other than I wanted it to look pretty, but Wendy talked me through some ideas and ran with it. To say I was impressed and happy when I walked into the wedding venue is an understatement. Everything looked so beautiful and perfectly fit the vision that I couldn’t quite articulate. She was always very cautious of our budget as well, and found ways to keep it beautiful and elegant at a price we could afford. I told her I wanted greenery and candles, and she ran with it and blew away our expectations. I highly recommend Flower Lab! I couldn't have been happier with my decision to use them.
When I came to them I didn’t know exactly what flowers I wanted except for several pictures from the magazines and our wedding colors. They were able to take the basic theme and pull together perfect bouquets and boutonnieres. They turned out amazing and were exactly what I wanted.
They were even able to fulfill last minute request (2 extra bouquets and flowers for the cake).

Absolutely amazed by what Flower Lab put together for me. I don't live in Seattle and I sent my best friend a bouquet of flowers. I placed the order ahead of time, but they provided the option of when I would like the bouquet delivered. I placed my order after seeing the examples posted on their site - I asked for tulips, roses and peonies with lots of pink and they assembled such a beautiful ensemble. I loved working with Flower Lab for our wedding flowers. They were able to do everything I wanted right inside of my budget. We were also able to use our own vases for the centerpieces but we did rent pedestals and large containers for the ceremony arrangements. Without seeing anything beforehand I think I couldn't have been more pleased with the results for everything from our bouquets to centerpieces to aisle runner pieces for the chairs outside for the ceremony. They were really easy to work with and even though I know very little about flowers they were able to understand what I wanted and give me options so I could understand what they were going to do. I loved working with a local West Seattle company as well, and they let us drop everything off on a Sunday even though they were closed so that was super convenient for us to get everything done before our honeymoon. Wendy and Flower Lab provided us with flowers for our November wedding. We got it all! - Bouquets, dinner table centerpieces, cocktail table centerpieces, corsages, boutineers and 2 large beautiful arrangements for alter. Wendy did a fantastic job and she worked very hard to really get the price to what I was looking for. I had given her a lot of items that I was looking to have her incorporate (large lanterns for the aisle, small lanterns for the centerpieces, hanging jewels for my bouquet, fake rose petals and votives with led candles.) She made everything look beautiful! I really was only specific with colors so I really trusted her to make it awesome - which she did! For under $1,500 we got flower arrangements and tulle for our chuppah, a beautiful bridal bouquet, boutineers and corsages, 60+ centerpiece arrangements with rental jars and flower pedals for the aisle - delivered and set up.
