My Son's family ordered a floral arrangement and house plant for my 85 birthday last Thursday. The flowers came on Friday (after a call from my daughter-in-law) and the plants came on Sat. We just received at the Brasselton hospital the cutest flower arraignment that I have ever seen. the volunteer that Brough it up said that everyone ooed and awed over it on the way to the room. the flowers were put in a way that it looks like a kitty looking out of the bouquet. the kitty has a medical bag and doctors headlamp. This place is excellent, staff was very friendly, don’t pay attention to bad reviews because my experience was great. Got a corsage for my prom date, and it is safe to say that she had the best one out of 500 high schoolers. Very impressed and it was on a 5 day notice. Overall great store, recommend. BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS! GREAT SERVICE! Highly recommend!! I know next to nothing about flowers, but I do know that what you order from pictures can be very different than what you get. It was important to me that my daughter, away on business on her birthday, feel special and loved. So I called from 1500 miles away, with vague requests like: big, beautiful, colorful, not generic, unique and fabulous, special and fancy---but not on obnoxious. Mary helped me with the order, and she NAILED it. My girl said the flowers were the most beautiful she has ever seen, they even took her breath away a bit ❤️ . The nice woman at the Cummings, GA location was very helpful. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and the flowers were delivered that day. I just said I have this much money to spend including the delivery fee, and it’s for a friend to get well. She said for get well they usually do something bright in the arrangement. I said that was fine. That’s all the direction I gave, and what arrived at the hospital was gorgeous! It was full of flowers, not full of filler, and absolutely lovely! Five stars!! I walked in a few hours before homecoming and they were able to give me the most beautiful blue and white Roses for an affordable cost. Worse customer service ever!! Had enough nerve to continue to text me after I told her to stop communication! I ordered flowers on Pro flowers and they sent this company! ! 1. I had originally planned to DIY my wedding flowers, 2 days before the wedding we called Anna in a panic and she complete saved my wedding day! I agree with Cooper Harrison. Our order arrived without a card and when I called to complain about it, the person on the phone was very rude and said the card was in there when it wasn't. They called the recipient and tried to deliver to her after 5:00 at which was not convenient for her and they were rude to her as well. There are lots of other florists in the area. UPDATE....TO COMPOUND THIS ISSUE, they are now lying to FTD and saying they delivered TWO SETS of flowers. We have RING and we can provide a full and uninterrupted video of who came and went, THEY DID NOT. Never have I been so disgusted by any company before as I am with this business. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE. They delivered flowers on VALENTINE'S Day at 8:45 PM. We were already getting ready for bed. They were ordered well in advance by my husband. That may not have been so bad however they sent an email indicating they were delivered at 6pm sonwe spent over 2 hours trying to get through to the FTD customer service number because they clearly were NO delivered. So horrible and on Valentine's Day. And then the lady who delivered them said in broken Russian, not my fault...not my problem when I asked her why we got an email saying they were delivered almost 3 hours before she showed up? I do not care it is Valentine's Day....all the more reason to be prepared. You know how many orders you can fulfill...and why lie about the delivery. So disappointing. The card was wrapped in the companies order info on and 8 x 10 white paper folded up ...so...NO CARD WHICH WAS REALLY THE MOST TOUCHING PART OF THE ORDER. More...

The flowers were to be delivered to my SO at her workplace. the first Major problem was that the vase was totally different than the one from <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2FProflowers.com&amp;s=0790dcc700f439f1ec614c516e1b68eaadbc38ecf976d54a4bb2b2922710ec40" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Proflowers.com</a> the only reason I ordered them is because I liked the style of the vase other wise I wouldn't of spent the $110. The second problem was that some of the flowers ( Tulips? ) were broken from the top stem and appeared dead. After I saw them I filed a complaint with <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2FProflowers.com&amp;s=0790dcc700f439f1ec614c516e1b68eaadbc38ecf976d54a4bb2b2922710ec40" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Proflowers.com</a>, they contacted someone from Flower jazz. Awful communication for delivery as well as terribbly snippy customer service on the phone at the store. Failed to deliver a flower arrangement that was supposed to mean a lot to someone. When you pay so much money for a service you hope it to be good, and this was not. I expect a full refund on our arrangement as this is not acceptable.
