I am so grateful that I was told about Kate, her page and her classes. I was in a bad place and felt like I wasn’t doing anything right and I had lost myself. I got in contact with Kate and came along to one of her classes and literally felt like the whole world disappeared for an hour. Kate is so honest and open about her experiences and makes you feel so comfortable...enough to make you sleep! The setting is beautiful and so calming and everyone makes you feel welcome. Kate’s classes have been a blessing to me since having my little boy. If you are feeling anxious or lost in the stresses and strains of motherhood they give you a chance to pause and breath for a much needed hour of mindfulness, breathing and guided meditation. Kate is welcoming, kind, honest and and is fantastic at what she does. There is so much I could write about these sessions. I just feel very grateful that there is something like this for mums in my area ran by someone who really does understand and also cares about your own individual struggles. I think Kates midfulness session has changed my life! I went for the first time on Wednesday and I'm still thinking about it and how I can use the breathing in my day to day life. Having had anxiety and depression for years, and then being diagnosed with PTSD, PND, feeling a lack of confidence and isolated after the birth of my daughter (who I love, but ya know, motherhood + MH issues.) Anyway, my point is I've had quite a lot of counselling and things over the years, but Kates session was actually the first time I felt a sense of release and letting go of some of the negativity I've been carrying. I am very much still a work in progress, but highly recommend the classes and I've told everyone that they're amazing! More...

Kate’s Mindfulness sessions are exactly what I’ve been needing in my life. She understands what mums are going through and offers wonderfully calm, thoughtful and relaxing environment to take time out and recharge.

What a lovely, genuine lady Kate is! I felt completely comfortable in Kate's mindfulness for mums class. You walk in and you're greeted with open arms.
