We first met Chantelle at a wedding fair and instantly felt at ease and knew that we wanted her to dress our venue. Every meeting was relaxed and professional and Chantelle really listened to what we wanted. Our room was stunning and exactly how I'd imagined it. She did our stationery which was simple and elegant, just as I wanted it. The chocolate fountain was amazing! Everything was perfect and all correspondence was professional and efficient. Chantelle and her team were absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend them enough. We also used sister company, Limoscene, for our wedding car. They were brilliant and the driver deserves a special mention as he really went above and beyond to look after us especially my mum. At our wedding 4 weeks ago Chantelle provided us with 2 lovely blossom trees with baubles and candles, post box and sets of vases with flowers and candles. It doesn’t sound of much but Chantelle used it to its full potential and it was all so romantic and beautiful. From the word go she was lovely and helpful and understood what we wanted. What a fantastic company, we had the chocolate fountain and candy floss machine at our wedding 2 weeks ago and it was amazing, unfortunately after many attempts the candy floss machine wouldn't work, so Chantelle informed us of this and said that they would stay for an extra half an hour with the fountain, this was not the case though, as both Chantelle and the other lady with her stayed for an hour. That is what you call exceptional customer service, friendly, kind and a fantastic addition to our wedding! Well done Flossy pots, you have outdone yourself in more ways that one, and although I only had 2 bits of fruit as I was mingling with the guests as you do, the fountain was well used by guests and was always busy. Can not recommend this company enough - Chantelle and her team could not have been more helpful and lovely to work with. They created things exactly how I wanted and were so patient even when I felt I was being a right pain, they helped create the vision of how I wanted our wedding day, they did above and beyond and I had numerous compliments about how stunning the room looked. Wow!! Well what can I say I had my wedding on 17/6/17 at select security stadium in widnes flossy pots did a amazing job of the room it looked amazing I couldn't believe it. I had so many compliments off people on how nice the room was. The chocolate fountain was gorgeous think it went down well with not havin any desserts on the buffet. We used Flossy Pots for many different aspects of our wedding on 20th January 2018 at Rivington Hall Barn. Chantelle was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Even in the last week leading up to the wedding, she was so accommodating with any last minute changes and did her utmost to make sure our day was special.. and it definitely was. I was made up with the service I received from flossy pots events, I had the light up LOVE sign and back drop for my wedding reception and it looked beautiful! Really finished the room off.
We also hired the post box which looked lovely as the guests walked in.

Wow what can we say!! We used flossy pots events for our wedding on 18th August 2018 at raddison blu in Liverpool. Would highly Reccomend chantelle an her team. Met chantelle at the Bolton wedding fair in Sept or Oct 2017 she was fab helped me find a package to suit our needs. Often spoke with her on the phone about different querys. Package deal she had was fab. We had chair bows, a big cast iron post box, mirror with easel for our table plane made by chantelle, up lighters, backdrop, Mr & Mrs led light signs, 16ftx16ft starlight Dancefloor, 3 their choc fountain, not to forget about the 2 amazing thrones. we also hired a photo booth an on the day we had the selfie light booth was fab all our guests loved it. Everything was perfect an we can't thank flossy pots enough for all their hard work making our venue look stunning. Excellent service an friendly staff. So a big thankyou to all from Mr & Mrs Jones.
