We recently ordered from this business and unfortunately there was a problem with the order BUT the company says if there is a problem to let them know. Instead of blasting all over the internet how terrible it was, we contacted the business. They are true to their word and rectified the situation THE SAME DAY!!! A friend's mom passed away. I called this florist and asked Jim (I think that was his name) to create something tasteful yet elegant and gave him my budget. My friend called immediately. She said the flowers were so beautiful it really made her feel special that I sent that. She sent me a picture of the arrangement on her table. The store was clean, and I came to the store at almost closing time. It is understandable that some flowers would already be sold out, or not in sellable condition.
