Floral Expressions is the best! They take the time to understand your needs, your timeline, your budget, and your personal style. Plus the people are incredibly thoughtful, creative, down-to-earth and genuinely nice. I live out of state, and I worked with the staff to set up an account so that I can easily order flowers to be sent to a member of my family who lives in Gainesville and is ill. Yesterday Floral Expressions delivered the (first of likely many) arrangement + another gift that they helped me pre-arrange. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and so fresh. Received my beautiful arrangement yesterday. Took a bit for the driver to track me down as the address was wrong to begin with but the younger gentleman wearing glasses in a company car got me the flowers and was extremely courteous. I have never had anything but THE best flower arrangements come from this place. I always use Floral exressions for my flower needs and I’ve even received multiple arrangements personally after delivering my babies. The time, care and attention to detail that they put in every arrangement is remarkable. For the people complaining about “inept” customer service or receiving the wrong color bow, I’m not sure there’s much you could do that they wouldn’t complain about. Scott from Floral Expressions was the easiest vendor we worked with throughout the entire wedding process. He drove over an hour to meet with us and our decorator and had fantastic design ideas, many of which ended up saving us money.

The day of our wedding, he and his team showed up early, set up exactly as we had discussed and made some of the most gorgeous floral arrangements I've ever seen. Although he is not what you traditionally think of when you think of a florist (he is 100% a guy's guy), he absolutely knows what he's talking about and will deliver.

Our flowers from Floral Expressions were breathtaking. We had no idea of what we wanted, and Scott, the owner, sat with us and listened to what we liked and didn't like. Then he came up with the perfect flowers and arrangements to make everything beautiful. The flowers he provided for the tables lasted so long that we were able to take them to a nursing home afterward and they looked just delivered. After meeting with a couple other florists in town, I was very impressed after meeting with Scott. I had given him an idea of the flowers I envisioned, with the bouquets being primarily centered around succulent plants. Other vendors were either too expensive or weren't able to grasp what I wanted. I was impressed when Scott pulled out a few succulent plants in terrariums at our first meeting, which showed me he was familiar with succulents and ready to impress with his ideas. My husband and I were ecstatic with our experience with Floral Expressions. The florist was extremely flexible and happy to meet with us. We met with a handful of florists before this and we had planned to meet with two more after, but we did not need to. Scott's flowers were priced very reasonably and they were worth every penny. We were not sure exactly what we wanted when we walked in but during the consultation he was full of outstanding ideas. He pulled out flowers and made sample bouquets while we were standing there. He also had a really unique idea for bridesmaid flowers that I will not spoil here, you will have to go meet with him to hear his fun and meaningful arrangement. We were not even on site when her arrived, but everything was taken care of and in place when we arrived.
