I will admit 2 things: I work there and am prejudiced in their favor. My prejudice is justified though by the quality I see daily in selection of the flowers brought into the store; the care given in preparation of those flowers , candies, gifts, etc for delivery/presentation to the customers. I am justifiably prejudiced because I see daily the love and care put into the concern for the customers, the employees, and the continual extra mile to help those who call to get the product they deserve; even if it is referal to another florist closer to where the flowers are to be delivered, anywhere in the Country. They actually call and check out the quality of the florists nationwide to whom they refer one, and talk to the referred Florist to insure the product the customer seeks is the product they receive. They know their business. They truly care and go the extra mile for their customers. The beauty of the product comes from the beauty, knowledge of product, and love that dwells within and is the designers who create product that receives high praise and accolades daily. I love delivering for them because of the joy and astonishment I get to experience daily when presenting the "floral creations" to their recipients, that are continually flabbergasted by the depth of beauty given in the creations they receive. I work at 72 years of age, yes, for the money to supplement my income, but, honestly, would work for free if I could just for the sheer joy in the eyes, comments and hearts of the customers. I've worked at jobs I've loved, and for people I have befriended; yet, I have never truly loved not only my association with FCF, but the people with and for whom I work. I do not recommend Floral Creations Florist of Smyrna, GA, lightly, because of my association with them, but because they truly are, and daily seek to be, the absolute best! Give them a try. No one place or person is "perfect", but no one I've known tries harder to be than Kristin, under guidance from her mom, Debbie. Upon entering this little gem, I immediately noticed that the store is spotless, and beautifully laid out, not to mention the wonderful fragrance that surrounded me! I was greeted by owner, Debbie. I told her I wanted to order a corsage for my son's prom date. She happily said, " Sure no problem!". So I pulled up the picture on my phone of the one I had in mind. Piece of cake. Got it all ordered and will be able to pick it up next Saturday morning. Reasonably priced too! 37.00   I was able to meander around and look at all of the wonderful fresh flowers displays. They had the most beautiful rose colors(coral-tan-ivory) I think I've seen. Also, there are a couple of tables with airplants and succulents..really fresh. They have unique candles too. I worked with this florist to arrange flowers for a small wedding , first via phone since I live out of state and then I was able to come in person a day before the event. The arrangements were very personalized and exceeded my expectations in creativity, workmanship, and quality. the florists and delivery were lovely to work with and made everything run very smoothly. High quality craftsmanship and top notch customer service. I live on the west coast, and I used the website to order an arrangement for my family in Atlanta. The whole process was very easy, the prices were more reasonable than other local florists, and the arrangement was even more beautiful than pictured on the site. This is my 2nd review of Floral Creations.  I had to order two last minute business arrangements this morning.  We needed them by 2PM.  My first thought was call Floral Creations.  I spoke to Debbie and explained that we needed these in a hurry.  They always do such lovely flowers, but I wasn't sure they'd be able to deliver in such a short amount of time.  But they actually delivered them even earlier than I thought.  And the arrangements were gorgeous.  Full and lush with a variety of colorful blooms.  And the vases were beautiful as well.Mark delivered them and he was so nice.  Because the arrangements were going to another building on site here, Mark offered to drive me there. I stopped in here to get my friend an arrangement for her retirement , I wanted something special for her  and floral creations made it happen . I told Kristen that my friend always wore different colors, lots of colors, even showed a pic of her, Kristen suggested a bouquet of mixed flowers with lots of colors that pop. My friend loved loved loved them, she talked about all the beautiful colored wild flowers and was still talking about them today. We used Floral Creations for our January wedding. They worked with us to stay within our budget and gave great advice on how to keep costs down. We chose to have Floral Creations supply our bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and then bulk flowers so we could create our own centerpieces. The flowers were delivered day of and looked beautiful! I found this great place as I searched for a place that could reliable deliver gorgeous bouquets to my wife at work. Sometimes for big days like today ( 3 year Anniversary) and other times just because life as a teacher can be harder than people think! No matter the occasion Floral Creations always does a great job  Sometimes I have no idea what I want and other times like this order when they do an outstanding job replicating my wife's wedding bouquet. This florist is wonderful! I live in California and wanted to send flowers to a friend of mine who was having surgery at Kennestone. They were so communicative with me, and Debbie even emailed me (instead of calling, out of consideration, as it was about 5am PST) to give me updates about the delivery status. To call this talented group of ladies lifesavers would be putting it mildly.  With a month to go before my wedding (I'm not a procrastinator - my original florist bailed on me -Grrr! ) ,  Kristin and her FABULOUS floral team created the most beautiful bouquet and table arrangements I could imagine!  I showed her a few PINS that I saw and she was able to work her magic in the little heads-up that she was given.  I received countless compliments on the work she created.  Because I was able to use my own mason jars, the centerpieces doubled as favors for guests whom were thrilled!
