I recently had a new wooden floor fitted by Floorstore with which I am delighted, and cannot recommend them highly enough. The choice is outstanding but what particularly stands out is the knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Grant patiently explained, without bias, the pros and cons of different types of flooring, no pressure to buy the most expensive just honest advice. When I was uncertain about my choice I went back and spoke to Daniel who again pointed out the pro's and cons of my new choice. Such a pleasure to have staff like this to guide you without pressure to buy. I have to mention the fitters, Keith and Luke, nothing was too much trouble for them and the finish is just perfect. two more great guys. Really happy with the service and the product. The lvt flooring looks amazing and the fitter Keith was also awesome and really professional. He cleaned up after himself and we were left with 2 extra packs which the shop took back and refunded us. We are so happy with our new carpet from the Floorstore! Grant has been so helpful throughout the process and advised which carpet would be best whilst still providing us with exactly what we wanted! The price we have paid beat three other local quotes and the installation men were efficient and after ordering on the Tuesday the carpet was fitted on the Sunday! Amazing job done by the team down at floorstore. First went to the shop next door and they had broken and open backs it wasn’t for me, when I came to floorstore there was a clean fresh environment and they helped me find the perfect floor for my open plan kitchen lounge. The herringbone click I chose was in no of the other shops I went to. The fitting was also done by them and came with a guarantee and the fitters where friendly and made no mess.
