I started my process looking for a company to install my new floors, I wasn't very happy with any company until I found Flooring Pro 1, The owner Walid is very honest and professional. They installed my new floors on 6/15/19 and they look amazing! The installation crew were also very professional and arrived on time. Walid arrived on the day of installation to check on his crew and inspect the work; 3 days later I scratched my floor moving a chair I called Walid advised him of what happen he arrived the next day and fixed the problem. We just moved to Alpharetta from Jacksonville FL and as any newbie in a new area, finding good help to do home remodeling is always a challenge. The den in our new house had old carpet and we wanted hardwood to match the rest of the first floor. Walid from Flooring Pro 1 was the best resource we found. We had many companies come in to give quotes and allow us to get a feel of the person, once Walid talked with is, showed us our options, prices, installation time-frames, additional services, etc. it was a no brainer that this is who we are going with. Walid had an expert team do a beautiful hardwood install of 480 sqft. Beautiful edges against french door jams and overall perfect job. We were also interested in some carpeting for the basement stairs which Walid was able to quickly accommodate at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Walid and Flooring Pro1!!! His team did an amazing job on both selecting and installing the engineered hardwood in our downtown Decatur home. My wife and I went through the usual chain stores in Atlanta first, hoping to find a specific color within our pricepoint, but most came up short either in quality, color, or price. I then went to Dalton, GA hoping that we'd have better luck as far as selection, but again no success. Feeling a bit defeated, I 'googled' "engineered hardwood Atlanta", and Flooring Pro1 came up. I read the great reviews, took a chance, and called. Walid was extremely professional, cordial and clearly wanted to earn our business. He took the time to meet with us and even compare products from other competitors. I would highly recommend this company. The owner Walid is very courteous and respectful and is also a man of integrity. Walid stopped by over the summer and gave me a quote on carpet. I called him this winter for installation. Although several months had passed by and prices have increased, he still honored the prices he gave me back in the summer. He patiently helped my husband and I pick out the perfect carpet for our home and he stopped by during installation to make sure things were going as planned. I waited 10 years to have my kitchen floor sanded and buffed. Flooring Pro 1 was recommended by a friend. By the time I found a company I also decided to remove carpeting from the front stairs and upstairs hallway. The owner met with us and made recommendations. I cantact d them and their response was very quick to get out and show me samples of the different options.
