We had a blockage in the drain outside which caused everything to back up inside the property. This was discovered late evening and they were the only company in the area I could find who were still answering their phone. They came around first thing in the morning and cleared the blockage quickly and checked the flow from all the drains into the manhole before leaving.Their engineer was very professional and thorough in his process to ensure that the problem was fully resolved before leaving.I would recommend Flo Well as a premium service to anyone experiencing similar issues who need a quick response and an effective resolution carried out to a high standard. I can't thank these guys so much. Had a blocked main drain. Called the number and spoke to the manager sorry dont know your name. Very helpful and informative. After explaining my situation he gave me a ball park figure of how much it may cost. Other companis refused to quote me untill they got on site. This can prove very costly. Within an hour Reece arrived and quoted me the cost which was within what I was first quoted. Problem was due to build up of scale in the pipework.
