We were so lucky that we found Chris who came to our rescue. We discovered that our boiler was not working correctly and being a school, we needed it fixed quickly. Chris came and looked, gave us a price and did the job, a big job as it turned out! He was able to give us advice on who to contact at the gas board to organise to fit a new gas feed into the school. We could not have done it without his help, guidance and support.
We highly recommend him for all plumbing and gas work.

Flo Plumbing and heating are professional and very knowledgeable,
Chris has just completed a fantastic job of converting our old back boiler to a new combi.
We knew it was going to be a challenge especially as we wanted the new boiler in our kitchen and all the new pipes run behind our kitchen base units.
Not once did Chris complain, he listened to what we wanted and gave us first class advise on what could be done.
They even managed to convert some pipes upstairs to add a new radiator for me in the back bedroom.
Chris arrived spot on time as when he said he would, there was no sneaking off for lunch or other breaks, from start to finish he worked so hard.
Clean and tidy worker and so professional from start to finish and I would recommend Flo Plumbing and heating to anyone, very competitive prices and top quality products.
First class job, well done Chris & thank you.

Carried out a gas fire removal, found a leak that was missed by another engineer (from another company) arranged for national grid to come and resolve the problem with the leaking meter. Even called back later in the day to confirm that the problem was rectified, and offered to chase up if it had not been. Already asked for them to carry out additional work.
