Sports massage therapy can sound misleading as many assume it is just lying on a massage table in pain. But I am in my last year training as a contemporary dancer and take a holistic as well as athletic approach to the body. I work with my clients to build an understanding of their bodies so that they can be empowered to help themselves.

I have learnt some hip-hop, tap, jazz, modern, street dance, break dance and Ballet since the age of 2. I love all forms of dance but contemporary is the one for me.
Dancing has been my thing since I was 2 years old and I have loved the journey it has taken me on so far. I look forward to what is to come!
I have been training at Arts Ed for 2 years in Dance and Musical Theatre.Next year I am off to Northern School of Contemporary Dance!

I sing as a passion. I sing anything that suits my voice type that I enjoy singing. I am an mezzo soprano/alto and I have a huskiness that I have been told could suit jazz. I would love to learn jazz singing but currently singing what I love.

I have been babysitting for about 4 and a half years and have had a range of experience with little babies and young teenagers. I Look after kids for a day and cook, clean, entertain, bath, and bed them or just an evening bathing and bedding. I have two younger siblings and I love kids to bits, they are so exciting and full of energy and enthusiasm. I hope to use my experience to teach one day.
