We employed the expertise of Elaine back in the summer to help us with our marketing strategy and our new web site content. Considering marketing is alien to us as we have never done any in the past this was a new journey for us to undertake. We met with Elaine and instantly felt that she quickly understood who we were and the message we wanted to get across. The proposition that she put together did not disappoint in any shape or form, every word that she wrote we knew that she understood us completely. I have a real love for marketing. Just ask my kids and my man! It drives them crazy that I have to watch the ads on TV, that I actually don't empty the inserts from the local newspaper into the bin, that I open even what is clearly junk mail and that I am constantly saying "look at that". I find it intriguing how companies present themselves and what they have to say. There is so much to learn when it comes to marketing, it never gets boring.
I love the voyage of discovery that marketing offers - the opportunity to work with different companies in a wide range of industry sectors ensures there is never a dull moment.

The main driver for starting my own business was to have control and freedom over the type of work undertaken and the clients I supported.

I also wanted to share my love and experience of marketing to help other business owners to maximise their return on investment in this critical area of business.


I have worked for more years than I care to admit! My experience lies not just in marketing but in a real understanding of how businesses run. In an ideal world, we would all be operating with unlimited resources - with the money and people to throw at whatever we want to do. The reality is much different, especially for the small business owner. In a career spanning over 40 years, I have worked in a nationalised industry, the public sector, a multi-national organisation and a family-owned business. I started a marketing consultancy, FlipFlop Marketing in 2002, supporting clients in a diverse range of industry sectors. All of this means I can bring a lot of real-life business experience to the party!

Yes, I can provide services online and remotely. Accessing Zoom, TEAMS, Facetime or WhatsApp it is very easy to hold "face-to-face" meetings with clients and prospects.
