How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I first help them create SPECIFIC and ATTAINABLE goals. Then together we come up with a plan based on what they are willing and able to commit to.
I educate them on lifestyle changes... simple ways to flood their body with whole food nutrition and as a result, achieve ultimate vitality. I help remove obstacles to exercise and compliance and use a variety of tools to do so. I also offer internet and phone coaching to make it even more available to even those with the busiest of schedules.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a trainer and director for over 20 years. I am very passionate about helping others, and started my own business to have time freedom and flexibilty to offer what I believe is important to an individual health journey.
