Needs Analysis - We break down any imbalances, limited range of motion (ROM), asymmetries, and/or any other problem areas. We then use corrective exercises to turn these weaknesses into strengths both in the short and long term.
Micro-Cycle - We design a scientifically proven workout program that is broken down to 2-4 times per week, based around your goals, needs, and wants.
Reassessment - We examine your original performance metrics as a baseline reassess to find out how we are improving.
Session Cal for Weight Loss - Breaks down your weight, your Body Fat %, and how long we should expect to train in order to see your desired results.
Monthly Plan - We produce a monthly calendar broken down day by day for your training, travel, and any other commitments that may get in the way.
Cardio Template - We examine your Resting Heart Rate (RHR), Target Heart Rate, & Mode of Cardio.

I started visiting Flex Fitness shortly after they opened as I was looking for a private, one-on-one workout experience to get more familiar with the gym and had met CJ through school. I've convinced myself in the past that I would start getting in shape... then just get a gym membership that ends up going to waste. This time was different - as I started the free assessment & training with CJ, he helped me not only familiarize myself with fundamental workouts but also to understand how each of them contributed to the fitness goals I had set for myself. What started as going 1-2x per week has turned into 3-4x per week.The gym itself is a great size, with space for a few people to work out and not feel crammed in. There is a small turf section for stretching/floor exercises, and all of the equipment is new (plus the gym is always clean). I have a busy work schedule, and CJ often finds time early in the AM and later in the evening to accommodate and his rates are very reasonable. Excellent fitness center. My boyfriend (27) and I (25) have been training with Chris for 1 year and have seen great results.
He has helped me to create a healthy lifestyle; from balancing my busy work schedule to getting the fitness I need and help with meals.
I had spinal fusion surgery at age 15 and have always been worried about “over doing” my workouts, but chris is very knowledgeable and has actually helped me strengthen my back so that I feel less pain.

Amazing trainer and place. I don’t usually go to personal trainings so I was skeptical but I had such a great experience I will be returning regularly.
