Stopped by as a guest while in town and the owners treated us like garbage. Bullied/judged our male friend for lifting the same weight as us (females). They kicked us out, due to their big egos and them believing men have to lift more than women. People can choose to lift whatever weight they want no matter what age or gender they are. I will not be returning to this establishment nor recommending it to anyone looking for a gym in KC. More...

Free weights galore, free chalk, no nonsense, friendly owner and staff. Much better than the big commercial gyms...

I started going to Flex Fitness and training with Jason almost 3 weeks ago. Jason gives you the push you need to meet your goals and also challenge you. The classes on Saturday are amazing and so are the people that attend. Several times on Saturday I was wanting to quit and put down weight but several ladies encouraged me to keep going and to not give up. These are ladies I have never even met!!
