Flex 15 Women's Fitness is a locally owned boutique fitness studio in the West End. We offer small group personal training classes, which basically means that the classes are in groups - so instead of having to plan around the excessive costs of personal training sessions - you can get in the gym at a reasonable cost!

Encouraging and friendly instructors. Communicative owner. Fresh gym setup since rebranding to Flex 15. I love the HIIT workouts that the instructors create. Fast fun and done!

I like to run, but I know I need to be doing exercises with weights. This was a great full body workout that left my arms sore the next day and left me feeling strong. The coach checks your form, which was important to me, and I was able to go at my own pace within the intervals. More...

I have been a member at Styles for about 8 months and it just keeps getting better and better! I did the free trial sessions and was immediately hooked. At the time, I was in a major exercise rut and could not get motivated. Everyone at Styles was so welcoming and friendly to me when I started...I felt like I was a part if the community and that made me want to keep coming back. The workouts are AWESOME! They are always different and you feel like you've really pushed yourself. I feel stronger than I have ever felt. I think the small group aspect is MUCH BETTER than personal training. We all help and motivate each other and a friendly sense of competition makes you want to keep going even when the workout gets tough. I love the SGF community and cannot say enough great things about it. More...

Styles group fitness is more than just a gym! It is an unparalleled community of support! I can't even remember a time before I belonged to this gym. The workouts are always engaging and fun, and the coaches are supportive and so encouraging! I was nervous when I first joined, because I was mainly just a runner, but the coaches believed in my abilities, and continuously pushed me! I love Styles. I had no idea how much I would end up truly loving the workouts at Styles before I joined..I started out by trying the 3 free workouts and was hooked. The variety, energy, and intensity (but you always work at your own comfort level) were exactly what I was looking for. The workouts are a challenge but the coaches know their stuff and get you through each workout so you leave feeling accomplished, strong, and healthy. I’m motivated by value and Styles is by far the best workout you can get for your money. First, you get the best of both worlds: personal training but with a small group of incredible women, who help push you through the intense workouts. Second, it’s a sustainable regime, because every work out is challenging and different, you and your muscles never get bored. I have tried just about every type of exercise known to man: yoga, Pilates, spinning, joining numerous gyms, kickboxing, and much more.  About two years ago a friend introduced me to Styles Group Fitness and it has been the best thing I have ever done.  Every class is different and challenging, you get a good mix of cardio and strength.  I saw results within the first few months and I continue to get stronger even two years later.  The girls are friendly and not clicky, you all become friends and hangout outside of the gym.  I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good workout! I have been a member of Styles Group Fitness for 2+ years now and absolutely LOVE it! The trainers are encouraging, accommodating, and always challenging utilizing a variety of equipment and workout formats. You'd think after going 2x a week for almost 3 years, I'd have experienced the same workout from time to time, but not a chance. This is exactly why I, and many others, keep coming back! Each workout is unique which allows all of their clients to find their personal comfort zone and push right past it. I have been so pleased with Styles! I had reached a point where my motivation was gone - and was having a really hard time trying to figure out how to make my health and love for working out fit in with my family life . This has blended so well. The community of women and the group setting keeps my motivation up, and Whitney and the coaches' expertise keeps the workouts upbeat, challenging, and always different. A traditional "gym" membership just isn't in the same category- I could NEVER push myself the way the experts at Styles push me to keep improving. Ive been a member for 3+ months now, and have seen great results. I was referred to Styles Group Fitness by my doctor, after expressing my frustration at working out and not seeing the scale move. AT ALL. Anyone who knows me knows I am thrifty and I have a hard time rationalizing fitness expenses, so I was skeptical at first but I decided to give it a try after hearing rave reviews. The community was so welcoming- on my first day everyone in the class independently introduced themselves and were so nice. I was charmed by members, but I keep going back because of the workouts which are intense and effective. I have lost nearly ten pounds in the little over a month I have been a member- and I just go two days a week. When I first reached out to Whitney, I told her I was looking to be more consistent with my workouts and wanted to "tone up". I had no idea that I would be jumping into a community of awesome, strong, smart women that support each other through tough workouts that not only challenge you physically, but mentally. I've only been a member for a little over a month and I have already lost seven pounds and feel so much better! At first it is a little intimidating because everyone knows each other well, but at every class I was introduced to the group and everyone was friendly and welcoming. In addition to that, the workouts are no joke! They are challenging and way better than anything I could do on my own. The instructors also are great about giving alternatives for certain exercises if you need it. I've paid way more for personal training with much lesser results. More...

I've been a member of Styles for over 3 years now, almost since Whitney opened it. I belong to three different gyms but this is the only place that has given me the motivation to keep consistently working out at least 3x a week. Having the same group of ladies in my classes has been key. There are days I don't want to put 100% effort, but seeing how hard they are working out inspires me. The workouts are no joke, but they are designed so you can work at your own level. They change daily which prevents boredom. The program works for anyone - veterans like me or folks who haven't done a sit up since high school PE. I feel stronger and more athletic now than I did 20 years ago.
