Rhys' knowledge of body building/ fat loss programmes is second to none. Yes he may be a close friend, but like all people who are unhappy with the way they look, we have tried countless ways of trying to lose fat to get in shape for holidays or special occasions. Most of the time we give up too quickly because of boredom or let our cravings get the best of us.
With Rhys' personal flexible dieting programme, I lost a total of 35lbs (2.9 Stone) in 20 weeks and in this time I had no cravings as I was able to eat the food I like and still have a good lifestyle.
Rhys supported me throughout the programme asking for weekly average weigh ins + adjusting my calories and macros if need be, making sure my training was still effective and answering any questions I had. I never would of thought fat loss could be so easy!

I worked with Rhys for just under a year and he completely changed my physical and mental state. He made me more motivated and feel better about myself.
I was worried about using weights to start off with, often saying I didn't want to look bulky etc but I was completely wrong. They made me feel stronger and made me look more toned and fit which was the look I was craving for.

Been working with Rhys since the new year after putting it off for quite a while. As I was already getting my cardio through football and running I wanted to work on my strength training and building some muscle in my upper body, something I never previously had or worked on.
I lost alot of weight a few years ago, but the type of training I wanted to do was a completely new experience to me as it was to build muscle, but Rhys' knowledge and encouragement, alongside seeing results already has really impressed me and helped me.
The thought of some forms of exercise, let alone personal training can be a bit daunting to some people, but being in the comfort of a home gym put me much more at ease, and I look forward to continuing working with Fletcher Fit! More...
Before training with rhys i paid little attention to my diet and had no routine within the gym, just going 2 days a week and lifting whatever weight i felt like with poor form. Consequently i wasn't achieving the results i desired.
As soon as I started training with rhys all of this turned on its head. Rhys' enthusiasm for personal training and his positive mindset has influenced me to the extent that going to the gym is now apart of my day to day routine.
Moreover, rhys provided me with a 6 month structured gym program that included precise details (Every single rep) on what i had to do during every workout to ensure i would meet my goals.
Throughout this journey rhys has constantly critiqued my technique in the gym to ensure i maximise my results without triggering injury and frequently reminded me to put greater emphasis on my diet.

I've always been active and loved fitness but I've always struggled to get into a routine and stick to a plan. In March 2015 I signed up to Ab Salute gym in Brentwood where Rhys had offered to lend a hand and show me the ropes.
I remember after the first week of training 2hours a day, 5 days a week I was aching, I felt tired and considered whether it was for me or not. However my persistence paid off as I found myself wanting to go to the gym and improve myself. After the first week I fell in love with everything that going to the gym brings. Rhys made this so much easier with his positive mind set and desire to do better everyday.
With rhys' guidance and motivational encouragement I was able to follow a diet plan and training regime very closely. This is something I have struggled with in the past which led me to quit and sign up to different gyms.
Training regularly with Rhys has vastly improved my knowledge about training and just how important a healthy balanced diet it. Rhys has helped me to set realistic goals, achieve them, and go beyond this. He has taught me that there are no limits to what you can achieve in fitness.
Like many people I have a busy work and social life but going to the gym and exercising is part of my everyday routine. Exercising has helped me in my everyday life for example it has improved my eating habits, improved my confidence/ self esteem, makes me feel more energetic, helps to relieve stress and feel better about myself in general and how I look.

When i was younger i never really thought too much into fitness but always did a lot of sport. Other than the sport aspect like a lot of teenagers i was pretty unhealthy.
When i left school and got a full time job is when the sport stopped and the unhealthy lifestyle began to catch up with me. Unhealthy lunches and going out drinking a lot started to take its toll on my body.
I remember i was out on a night out and rhys was there who had just qualified as a PT and was just starting to take on his first clients. We had a little chat and i told him that i knew something would need to change, and he offered to help out.
3 months in and i had lost 3 stone and gained a lot of muscle! In total there was a loss of 5 stone from my heaviest to my leanest.
Rhys is a great PT as he is passionate and knowledgable and is a great motivator. He takes a genuine interest in his clients progress and loves to see people transforming their bodies and lives. Outside of the gym Rhys is always just a text or a call away checking in on progress and offering any advice needed off the clock!
He is also so much more knowledgable than when i first started and continues to improve himself!

I've been going to the gym now since the age of 16. I have always been someone into sport and fitness and started the gym at a young age but never really knew the correct route to take when it came to workouts, programmes and nutrition.
Over the last couple of years with the help of Rhys I have managed to maintain a regular routine and follow a well structured and detailed training programme, bespoke to my chosen physique. From this I have put on a serious amount of size compared to when I first started the gym and have obtained the knowledge of the correct form and techniques to use to get the best results out of my workouts.

I have been training with Rhys for just over a year now and I cannot thank him enough for being the change that I needed. I have 2 sessions a week and he has taught me that weight training is not for bulking up or just for men. He pushes me to continue to get stronger, I am in the best shape I've ever been in and the changes I've made are life-changing. I've been training with rhys for almost 5 months and he has completely changed my life. I started with a preconception that I was going to have to starve myself, do hours of cardio a week and be put through military style training in order to lose weight.
However it is the complete opposite. I train with him twice a week and he has a vast amount of knowledge with regard to training and food. He's made me realise women can lift weights and not become a bulky bodybuilder. Ive done next to no cardio throughout the 5 months and he has also completely changed my view on food. Eating healthily should not leave you hungry or restrict you from living your life and Rhys has helped me do this!
In 5 months ive lost just over 2st and I couldn't have done it without him. His enthusiasm, dedication and positivity has helped me get where I am today and I couldn't thank him enough.
