The first time we have used Fleming Carpets. Initially we had 2 rooms and a hallway re-carpeted. Sales and fitters were helpful and informative. We were so pleased with the result that within a month we went on to purchase more of the same carpet to be fitted in the lounge, landing and stairs. Purchased beautiful hardwood flooring for my flat recently from Fleming carpets. A manufacturer fault left me unhappy and not confident in going ahead to lay the floor. Contacted Fleming, and Stephen dealt with my concerns promptly and professionally. He took order of a whole new batch of flooring, and arranged to pick up all of the old stock himself, dropping off and carrying up the new stock at the same time. Stephen went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and reassurance at every step of the way. He ordered yet more packets of hardwood to ensure I was satisfied with every plank, literally! Our flat has been a construction site for the past year, to the point we'd forgotten why we had originally fallen in love with it. However, Wednesday the guys from Flemming carpets came and laid out carpets and WOW what a transformation!! The guys worked from 11am until 8pm and finished the entire flat. It now looks amazing! It looks like a home. There are still a few things left to do but we feel motivated again. I would wholly recommend Flemming. I was originally unhappy with my carpet from Fleming's. I had bought a carpet and laminate for my living room, but the carpet began to fray along the divider. Fleming's repaired this, but sadly the problem recurred. I then said I was unhappy with the service, at which point I received a visit to assess the carpet. Fleming's then agreed to replace the carpet, I selected a new one, and despite the fact that the orignal carpet had been in place for over two years I received a very generous discount. I feel that my complaint was dealt with excellently. I'm often scared to complain if I'm unhappy, but Fleming's were only interested in solving my problem and leaving me with a good carpet and a good impression of their service, rather than just wanting me to go away. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and advise you contact them directly if you have any issues, as they really do go above and behind for their customers. More...
