My dog Ruby was taken there today. They did and amazing job and she came home extremely happy. We had a disappointing service at the last groomers we went to in Kensal Rise, so it was great to go somewhere where the service was great and the people were friendly. Will definitely go back again.

They are very thorough and handle the dogs very gently. They even picked up an ear infection in my new rescue girl. I can't recommend them highly enough. Very kind and decent people.

I would highly recommend, I visited flea jump with our dog Gizmo a Shih Tzu yesterday after looking online for a local dog grooming service, they truly are lovely people and they took care of gizmo fantastically, he can be a bit grumpy & is also blind but they did an amazing transformation on him & he smells beautiful, I will definitely be using flea jump as our groomers from now on & have already booked in his next appointment. Thank you

My dogs is usually nervous about groomers, tried this one and they are super calm and confident with my dogs, make me relieved. �Romeo & Ruby looks amazing, smells nice ! Can't recommend enough, the staff are so friendly and caring, I've been taking my Shih tsu there for while but decided to rate only now to make sure and definitely they deserve more than 5 stars, my dog loves the groomers and doesn't hesitate any bit to go in, every time is all jumping, kissing, this says a lot how much the dog feels comfortable with the environment. Mayara and her husband do a more than a great job, can see that they love what they do. My dog Simba love both of then and he looks gorgeous, smelling and happy. It is more than worth what you pay for it, they treat your dog really well, I do not worry when my baby is with then. Better than pets at home that charges much more LOL More...

I have to say that every time I go in there are always lovely looking dogs there who look even better once they have been groomed by the lovely couple who run it. I managed to get a last minute appointment for two dogs - one mine and one a friend's. The service was excellent and only took one and a half hours. The dogs were looking and smelling gorgeous.
