I just picked these up recently At Jefferson Toursdale Hospital in Loris Gift Shop. Every now and then a gem will show up in her store. I saw these cookies and thought wow they look so amazing key lime and peppermint snaps. When I got home I tried The key lime in it brought back memories of my childhood the confectioner sugar on the cookies the creaminess of the cookies the freshness it was amazing these are some of the best cookies I’ve ever eaten !!! i’ve looked for other places that sell your cookies here in Philadelphia Pennsylvania but this is the only store that I found I hope she continues to stock your product keep up the excellent work and thank you for bringing back some childhood memories !!! ☕️? All you have to do is tell them where, when and what time. I never ask what they are cooking because it’s always good. Also if it’s an office I feed regularly they switch entrees up so they don’t duplicate.

I use them for customer lunches on a regular basis. I just order and Flateau’s takes care of the rest. They are the only caterer I have ever dealt with in my 35-year Sales career that I have not had problems with regarding food quality, costs, delivery issues, etc.

As a Sales Representative of 14 years, I regularly utilize the services of local restaurants and caterers. Recently, I was invited to share a lunch with a colleague who had Flathau's cater the event. The food was delivered on time, all individual dish temperatures were appropriate and the quality of food was great. As such, I have adopted Flathaus as one of my leading caterers for the Hattiesburg and surrouding area. Yesterday (3/5), I had a very important lunch for a group of 15 customers with an invited guest speaker to lead the discussion. Flathau's catered the event - the Herb Roasted Chicken could not have been any better with regards to flavor, tenderness and on-site temperature. The sides were equally flavorful and appetizing. The desert, Pecan Pie (which does not do this dish justice - it was more than a pie, all customers raved about the flavor/texture) was phenomenal.
