Great addition to Sunderland city centre, so hard to find places these days for healthy food on the go. I opted for the toasted marshmallow protein shake, unreal and the open sandwich which was also amazing. Full of flavour and a full tummy without any guilt. Tried the tartines and the peanut butter clean flapjack today - loved them both! Tartines were so fresh and tasty and the peanut flapjack was definitely big enough for two so I shared it - very filling!

Lovely to meet you yesterday, had a flat white and 3 protein balls (the ferrero rocher one was divine) which were ideal as a late afternoon pick-me-up.
Looking forward to how your menu and offer grows - a very welcome addition to Park Lane and just what Sunderland needs for those on the go!

Got 4 of the protein balls yesterday (one of each flavour) can't recommend enough as a tasty snack. I think the fruit and seeds one was my fave but I might have to try all 4 again just to be sure. I didn't eat them all at once, honest... Can't wait to try the coffee! More...
