Flame BBQ catered our wedding last September and were absolutely amazing! The food was amazing, portions were generous and everything was displayed perfectly! We had so many compliments - not only about the food but also the staff were really amazing and friendly, expertly led by Veronika. They were also completely flexible and accommodating of our requirements. We provided our own 'nibbles' and alcohol and simply hired extra staff who ran everything so smoothly. What’s your signature dish?
Reckless road kill is mix grill created from Peruvian Ribeye Beef Kebabs, Virgin Minted Lamb Kebabs, Chilli Pork Fillets and our Famous Drunken Chicken sitting on the bed of Roasted Honey Glazed Mixed Veggies.
We serve this dist onto a dinning table as Sharing platter meal.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Every Wedding , party or corporate function is different, but all of them connects cooking over the open fire. Our Wedding couples can personalise menu and create perfect signature dish to their personality.
What do you love most about your job?
We love fire as it has magic power to slow down time and connect people. The most beautiful moment is when people are standing around the fire quietly with smile on their lips.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The fact that there is no many companies cooking over the open fire. We love to create field kitchen and welcome everybody who would like to see,smell and touch back to basic cooking.
