Deep installed wardrobes for me a few years ago with mirrored wardrobe doors. The doors have warped and have been coming off the hinges because they are bad quality. the mirrors are too heavy for the doors and the hinges are not strong enough quality. (I’ve had other companies come to give me quotes and inform me that these are the reasons for their current state.) I had to chase him down and basically harass him into coming to have a look and he claimed he would swap the doors out like for like…. He did not. He tried to offload some grey tinted doors which I did not agree to… made excuses that they had changed suppliers (which is something he should have told me prior to coming out along with bringing along sampled from the alleged new supplier) and had gone back to ignoring all my communication efforts. I am now in the process of taking Fixura to court. More...

I was randomly searching on internet to fix my new wardrobe and I found fixura and without any prior contact with these guys I trusted them and gave them a job. they didn’t disappoint us.all I can say about Deep and his team is they are very disciplined and spot on job they have done.its very hard to find someone who can finish our job with extreme perfection and on time. We got free standing furniture done for our flat and Fixura has been great from the beginning. They were very patient with us during the design process where we went back and forth changing the designs multiple times. Once the designs were fixed, fixura did the installation on time and any small bits that were missed were fixed within a couple of days. Great service and great people to work with. Deep Dhir and his twin brother do a fantastic job, indeed. I recently had them a wardrobe fit in my bedroom and I am very impressed with their workmanship and customer service. Of course, no one is perfect and there were a couple of petty human errors. They offered me a correction visit but I did not deem it was necessary. They are not cheap - probably on par with renowned bespoke furniture giants - however, you get the end product much faster with Fixura. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. More...

I had them to fit a wardrobe in my bedroom during last Easter time while other businesses were not available for a design visit. Fixura was ready with the materials within days. Two men fitted the wardrobe except 2 glass doors within 2 hours. One man came a couple of days later to do the glass doors. No doubt about the speed they work however, I would have preferred they took a little more time with accuracy and precision. One glass door is slightly misaligned with other doors. I take it as a minor issue and do not hesitate to recommend them for your bespoke furniture. More...
