Martin at the Wimbledon branch was so helpful and informative. After calling half a dozen mobile phone repair outlets and experiencing indifference he and his colleague were a breathe of fresh air with such good customer service. I had ran over my phone after leaving it on the roof of the car and miraculously the only damage was to the internal speaker. Best Xiaomi Mobile Phone RepairIf you have a Xiaomi Mi phone for repair, Fix Factor should be your first stop. I have had an expensive failed repair before, but Fix Factor know the product. I'm pretty picky when it comes to phone repair places so after looking at the glowing reviews for this place, I travelled from Essex to get my Huawei P30 fixed. Although it cost more than other places, they use genuine parts and their shop is spotless so it was well worth the money. My phone was back from the dead within two and a half hours. They've now contacted me twice today with sincere apologies and explanations of some email issues they were having. They've been quite active in addressing my concerns and updating their website. So I'm increasing my score to 5 stars.[original review review]I emailed them, and I also filled-in their online form, requesting clarification on the services they provide. I never received a reply, I've even looked in my email spam filters.So I haven't got around to using their paid services. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business due to my deep passion for technology, especially the intricacies of how devices are built and function. From a young age, I was fascinated with disassembling gadgets to understand their workings. This curiosity led me to believe that if anyone can fix anything, then certainly, I can excel in it. Additionally, I admired the customer-centric styles of companies like Starbucks and Apple. Their emphasis on creating excellent customer experiences resonated with me, and I wanted to integrate that ethos into my own business in the tech repair industry.

Yes, we do offer online and remote services. Our remote services include software support such as troubleshooting, software installations, and configurations. We can assist with issues like virus removal, system optimization, and data backup solutions remotely. For hardware issues, we offer a mail-in service where clients can send us their devices, and we'll repair and return them. We ensure that our online and remote services are as efficient and effective as our in-person offerings, providing convenience without compromising on quality.
In addition to our online and remote services, we offer convenient options for physical device repairs. Customers can send in their devices for repair through our mail-in service. Alternatively, for added convenience, we can arrange for a courier service to pick up and deliver the devices from and to the customer's location.
