I just can say one word “wow”. I have heard many say customer service is the core of their business but Dr Jonathan Frost is by far the best and really live and breathe it. I came to Sheffield and needed to do presentation in a meeting. I forget my laptop charger at home, my battery was critically low. I tried many shops, but all in vain. Luckily I called Jonathan, and initially it went on voice mail. After a few minutes not only I got a return call, he understood my problem and he ask me to come a mango bean coffee shop. He bought a bunch of charger to see which one fit. I was really a happy customer and can praise enough. I highly recommend a Solid State Drive upgrade if you are operating on an aging hard disk drive. Jon and Micheal took care of it within the day (with prior notice). The cost is not great and it will boost your productivity and save you a frozen hard drive later down the line. It's the kind of thing you can attempt yourself but better to let the experts take care of it. This is the second SSD upgrade they have done for me. I am very very grateful to this place, including John who personally helped me. Being a student I was in need of a laptop for coursework however my laptop had been water damaged and I had no real means of a replacement. John very generously allowed me to use a backup laptop they had in store, without which my coursework would not have been completed. John has been very knowledgeable, generous and patient. Took my laptop here after a water damage incident, which they initially thought to only have damaged my keyboard. After replacing my keyboard for a very reasonable cost and also installing a much needed anti-virus on my system without prompting; my laptop continued to play up. When I returned to them they we're all extremely friendly and helpful, they even greeted me by name as soon as I walked in! They explained that there was a software issue and was able to correct it quickly and effectively.
