The service is in the name! From booking and getting quotes to actually being here in Thailand, Peter has looked after us and gone beyond expectation. We arrived Sat 17th Aug. My son was very poorly arriving from Manchester to Doha and then into Phuket. He had to be looked after by an onboard doctor. Plus taken to a hospital in Bangkok. He recovered quickly and ive also been unwell. We have wanted at times to come home as im alone here with my son. My 3rd visit, his 2nd. Its been stressful, emotional and frightening. Peter from day 1 has been great support and knowing i had a UK link other than my partner back home was very reassuring. I wont book my future holidays with anyone else now. 2 of my friends have seen the lovely pics ive taken now things are settling and they are also going to use fivestar travel. A superb service even emailing me on a weekend out of hours to ensure our safety and health. Offering help if needed. Checking us in was helpful. Plus organising our seats and arranging my gluten free meal on the flights. Although i didnt eat one as my son was so ill i had to see to him. I have a son with needs so the extra help Peter offered was fab knowing i could concentrate on him and not worry. Even down to liaising with the hotel to upgrade our room is the kind of service Peter offers. I cannot thank Peter enough for everything. We have 9 days to go. Hopefully a smooth few days now with no stress. Thankyou Peter. Why would anyone book anywhere else? I hope to marry abroad one day. I will ask Peter to arrange this too.100% recommend Peter. What inspired you to start your own business?
Having all the years worked as a Trainee to gain the valuable experience & knowledge it was time to fly the roost and open my own ATOL/ABTA Independent Agency many years later, and I personally have never looked back. I wanted to put back into the Industry all that I had learned and help others to supply the quality service that one requires & expects.
