I recently celebrated my birthday and had Five Star Limo take care of my vehicle transport for me and my guests (total of 25 adults). The experience was impeccable from the moment of booking to the last drop off back to our hotel. Outstanding service. I booked six rides with Five Star over a 4 day period for arriving family members - two of which were last minute rushes as planes were delayed. This company outstandingly delivered every time - even with a rushed booking for an international flight.When one of their SUVs experienced an issue on the way to the airport they immediately substituted another (a stretch Hummer!) and met my (very pleasantly surprised) arrival without issue. My wife and I used Five Star Limo for our wedding day.  We had the stretch Hummer limo which had a lot of space and came with a free bottle of champagne! The driver was kind and drove safely to our destination.  He avoided traffic by going on the side streets to make sure we were not late to our reception. We also wanted to change the music that was in the limo, so our driver let us connect our phones and play our own playlist.  We appreciate him being proactive in his driving.  All in all, our bridal party had a great time.  Five stars for Five Star! Booked the giant stretch limo (the one that holds 32 people) for our wedding. They were responsive to my request from the beginning. On the day of, the street had been closed for an event and they were directed to pick-up elsewhere. They sent me a message indicating the situation. First and for most, thank you Jasmine for your patience. As the maid of honor, I was planning a bachelorette party for my sister, and things were getting out of hand. Just in one day, I probably made 30 phone calls trying to work out the details from pick-up time to strip tour to drop of point, and every time Jasmine was helpful and professional. We are local and there are a lot of companies to choose from. I was very hesitant to book with Five Star because of the reviews, but after speaking with Jasmine several times, I decided to take a chance. We got the white Hummer H2 for the party, which was on October 27. The car was clean and had plenty of ice and water on hand. Our driver Rodger was funny. Loved everything about them. Their prices were reasonable. They were extremely accommodating & the staff was amazing. I loved that they provide pick up & drop off service were most companies wanted you no rent the car for the day or a certain amount of hours.

We used Five Star limo for my friend's bachelor party. It was very nice of the driver to patiently wait for our crew to get our butts out of the casino. We got the stretch hummer, which is stunning inside and made us look like highrollers getting into it. Not only was the champagne clearly present, but because they accidently overbooked our type of limo, we had a very sweet upgrade. A couple of weeks ago we where in Vegas for a cheer competition.  We wanted to rent a limo for the girls and five star limo came up. I was very hesitant because of their reviews but after talking to Jasmine I felt like I could trust her. A few hours before they where scheduled to pick us up something came up and we needed to change the pick up time. I called them and they changed our time with zero hassle and no hesitation!!  Our driver Rick was awesome!!  Extremely professional, friendly and was great with suggestions.  He also handled 10 screaming teenage cheerleaders like a true professional. What a great experience. We rented a stretch limo for our night after our wedding.Not only was the rate wonderful our driver Debbie called a half an hour before arrival pick us up right on time in a beautifully clean washed limousine. Booked in advance and found it odd the company reservation document asked for photo copy of credit card. I did not do this and hoped the company would show up. I reserved the " mammoth" and it was amazing. Driver was great, think his name was roger, nice and on time. I had 20 people for a wedding. I booked a party bus here for 18 people and the service was great. Booking went smoothly, they called to confirm the day of the event, and the driver was actually a little early to pick us up. The driver was very patient while we got our group together and sorted everything out. Our only plan was to drive around for 2 hours from downtown Las Vegas to The Strip, and our driver suggested that we stop at the welcome to Las Vegas sign for a photo opp. This was a great idea. He was also very accommodating when we had to make an emergency pee/booze stop.The bus itself was nice and had all of the basics, but it definitely would not have sat 20 people very comfortably and was maybe lacking a little glam (can't a girl get some bubbling lights on her birthday?). These guys were great! Had a flight that was scheduled to land at midnight. It was two hours late. George and Eric handled it no problem. We used the Mammoth F650 from the airport. It was pretty awesome. The billing, communication and product were all perfect. Later we called for a ride from the Spearmint Rhino. They were there in less than 10 minutes with an awesome party bus. Their prices seemed lower than any other I could find but the service and limos were top notch. Until they show me different, I will be calling them every time I go to Vegas. i gotta say- BEST PARTY BUS EVER. i called up Rafik based on the review i found here earlier. i have never been on a party bus before and i picked this one after a lot of research as i was planning a Bach party for my best friend and i wanted something good with great prices. our driving was amazing and very professional. he was so sweet and didn't mind taking us for a longer ride back as we wanted to party some more on the bus as it was so fun and we really didn't want to get off. when ever i am in Vegas and need limo/party bus services, i am calling Rafik. he has a customer for as long as i visit vegas and i have told all my friends about this company. this party bus was the highlight of our trip and my Bride to be was so happy with her party and thats all i wanted- mission accomplished thank you very much.our second night in vegas i got us a party bus from one of those big companies as Rafik didn't have a bus big enough for my 20 people party and it was not as fun my service with rafik and his driver. They were our limo service for our wedding on 8/20/11. Our driver Rafik, was on-time and very very friendly. He was very laid back. The mammoth limo was ice cold and he had stocked ice cold water for our wedding party. They were priced very reasonable compared to other companies.
