Had the nicest afternoon tea here the other day. Afternoon tea in the hotel is more like a brunch with loads of different options to choose from. The salted caramel eclairs were gorgeous as were the scones and chocolate truffles. It was a lovely experience with excellent service. Tried some cosmopolitans after they were really nice, a neon pink. Such a wonderful girls day out! And so close to everything, highly recommend!! More...

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff here helped in every way to make my stay smooth, relaxing and enjoyable. From the cup of tea while they made up my room and allowed me to access it earlier, to the exceptional meals both in the restaurant and room service, the customer service is second to none. Stayed at the Fitz Ritz for 3 nights. Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings, filled with beautiful staff. Breakfast was so delicious. So accommodating. Staff couldn’t do enough especially for my toddler daughter. Lovely activity packs to keep her colouring. Gorgeous chocolates on arrival and each night before bed. The FitzWilliam was a great hotel for the first leg of our Ireland trip. The staff was nice and helpful. John Byrne went over the top to make sure we had a great first day in Dublin. He had fabulous restaurant recommendations and went out of his way to make sure we had resources at our next stop. He is a great asset and wonderful fun to chat with. The room was cozy, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was great, with a large soaking tub. For breakfast, I strongly recommend the Eggs Royale, a seafood take on Eggs Benedict. Truly fantastic. The FitzWilliam will get your Irish holiday off to a sensational start! More...
