The best deal i found online. These guys work so hard at their jobs and deserve praise and credit. Delivered straight to my door and the rental didnt disappoint. Hired the c63 AMG and its an amazing car though it consumes alot of fuel but cannot expect less as its a 4 litre engine. Make sure you dont speed too fast or drive recklessly or they will text you and warn you! They have trackers! Overall great compaby and service. Deserves nothing but a 5 star approval from me. Brilliant service with everything being handled professionally as one would expect when hiring a premium vehicle. I'll start off with the obvious, the pricing! I couldn't even find a competitor willing to match, let alone beat it! 1 Star there! When I booked a vehicle, the application process was streamlined through their office computer, meaning all I had to do was literally hand in my proof of ID, deposit and sign away. Vehicle inspection was verified with direct photos uploaded to their servers in real time. So if I spotted a mark not seen before, I could just take out my phone, snap away and send it off. I was given a contact number should I run into any incidents so that's always reassuring. I'll give a star for the office. Honestly, I'm happy to finally see a vehicle rental company get with the times and move everything to a digital format. None of that tedious diagram damage checking or endless signatures on papers. Big thanks to Arran, who dealt with me from initial contact and in person. He was as friendly and helpful as he sounded over the phone, I walked into the office and it's freezing outside but they had plenty of heating, a drink and a nice sofa to kick back on, another star for customer service. So, onto the vehicle itself then. Well, I hired an SUV, shockingly good on fuel (Range Rover Sport Diesel). Lovely white paint with slick black detailing, along with cool black rims. Collected it with a healthy amount of fuel and in pristine condition, no damage whatsoever and no unsightly marks or scratches. It drove as smooth as it looked. Felt really safe, and it comes with an inbuilt tracker. Took it to London and all over without a hiccup. Deserving of another star. Arran was once again waiting for me at the office, had a quick look over, signed me off and immediately returned my deposit to me. So off I went home and here I am typing this up. Honestly, it's the best service I have received from any vehicle rental company in England, let alone Birmingham, and I have dealt with many: Everything from Poor English, lack of communication, dodgy paperwork and cars falling apart come to mind! But Fitzrovia Car Hire, I'm proud to leave a review for you guys, I'll be back and definitely going to be recommending you guys to all my friends and family! More...
