You've heard it a thousand times, "Ready to lose weight?" "Want to be in the best shape of your life?" Those lines are cliche and we see them all the time from gyms to DVD workouts and we all just roll our eyes and say, "Yeah right!". But it's true just after working out here for 3 months. I'M IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!! And let me tell you, the reviews on FitVerse's site and Yelp are 100% accurate. My wife signed me up because she has found her own support workout group doing poll fitness and wanted me to have something I enjoyed doing while getting in shape. I've been going to Hercules Fitness for years and it was--alright. I may hit the gym 3,4 and sometimes 5 days a week, but when I got to the gym I never had a solid plan or support to help me push myself. Nothing. I just walked in and said well today is a chest and triceps day + a 1 mile sprint, but never every really felt like I was seeing good results. I think we all can admit that when we go to the gym we really don't know what we are doing, how many sets or reps we should do and especially what exercise we need to do each day. BUT with FitVerse, working out has never been more fun, motivating, feeling the support, making friends and especially seeing amazing results. I honestly go 4-5 days a week and sometimes 6 to do Yoga or Boxing every single week. I love the option that you have either to gain mass or drop weight, but both routines are building the same muscles. You are given a specific workout and it's a fun challenge to try and make it to the very end without cheating. Coach O is motivator, smart dude and knows his stuff. I really enjoy this class and will miss it badly if I ever have to move away. The first thing too that you'll notice is that the room is filled with people of all ages and sizes. Everyone helps everyone. To me the workouts are not "extreme" nor are they easy. I walk out sweaty and the next day I'm sore. That is what you want every time you leave your workout and you will get it at FitVerse. Trust me, the cost is worth it.
