Sharon is an amazing lady joined the Pilates class 5 weeks ago my posture my core strength and overall strength is improving so far no cramp for a month. completed my first stretching and relaxation class today oh my how much better do I feel,l the pain in my inner left thigh has gone . thank you Sharon ok so now 8 weeks in doing Pilates and two stretching and relaxing classes. over the past few weeks I have had a problem with my back. With Pilates classes completed and stretching class done today 4th November I am feeling much much better . The only exercise class I've attended and KNOW I've done it correctly. Although it was a group class i felt i was given as much of her attention as i wld 1 to 1. Thank you, Sharon.

You help me enormously, with many aches and pains, especially with my dodgy hip replacement, you have helped me to stand up straight instead of stoop and you make me laugh. Went to my first pilates class with Sharon yesterday and loved it! I've been to pilates classes before but this focused more on stretching and improving posture which I really need! I was happy with how hands on Sharon was and she he was quick to correct my form (which she needed to do frequently!) which is reassuring. Will definitely be returning :-) More...

I used to be bent to the left!!! But now I stand and sit up straight! And hardly ever have back ache anymore! And I have a flat tummy! Yippee! And my clothes look better! And I get to tell my friends that they should do Pilates and they too will stand up straight like me!! And its very mindful! And who knew that sitting on the floor for 45 minutes could make you sweat and shake !! A revelation and I love it! X More...
